I ordered 2 items, 1 was a pre-order. The expected delivery was 5th July. After 2 phone calls and having to cancel the pre-order, I have my item delivered on 22nd July. I didn't receive any emails regarding the pre-ordered item informing me of the delay. Not happy with the service. First and last order from Easylife.

Our courier carries out contact free deliveries and if no one is available to accept the parcel it is left in a safe place where possible which would be stated on the tracking.
They also provide a 2-hour delivery window on the tracking so you know when to expect your parcel.
We are incredibly sorry if this was not the case in this instance.
