Evri delivery is rubbish!
As I have already written to easylife, I had a problem with the courier. The parcel was left downstairs in the tenement building....I live two flights up in the building. One of the reasons for ordering online is to get goods delivered to my door. I had to go and retrieve the parcel from where the lazy EVRI courier left it.
I have no problem with easylife itself and received a nice apology for the delivery...or lack of!

Our courier carries out contact free deliveries and if no one is available to accept the parcel it is left in a safe place where possible which would be stated on the tracking.
They also provide a 2-hour delivery window on the tracking so you know when to expect your parcel.
We are incredibly sorry if this was not the case in this instance.

Horrendous service and customer care
Two month delay
No communication
Wrong item delivered. Refused to send correct item until they pick up the one they wrongly sent. Complaint not responded to. No apology. Horrendous customer care. Will never use this company again
When they refer you to customer services nothing changes and they show no acknowledgement of their failings or how they will resolve just what they require the customer to do eg return the package and wait for a later delivery. Awful
Got same product from Amazon and no delivery cost!
