Alan Shields and Suzie Orr

So glad we decided to use our amazing estate agents Alan Shields and Suzie Orr who were constantly supportive throughout the whole process. We decided on the full package with Alan and Suzie showing clients around and negotiating everything for us. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market and the full process. Their advice was spot on with everything. I always felt they were looking out for our best interests throughout. Always honest and reliable from start to finish. House sold quick! Would highly recommend!

I have had experience of selling my house with Alan a few times in the past and I can honestly say he will always be my first choice when selling my home and looking to purchase a new place. He is the most approachable, understanding and helpful individual with people skills second to none. These traits are equalled by his knowledge of house sales/purchase whereby he leaves no questions unanswered and provides a service of the highest quality. Alan has just sold yet another house for me at his usual speedy pace (week 1, first day of viewings) and as always, kept the process stress free and simple. Where do I start. With not being the most knowledgeable of people regarding buying and selling homes, I was so nervous about the whole process. Then Alan came to the rescue. This guy has done more than expected of any estate agent, including dealing with one of the most stressed out people on the planet, he deserves a medal alone for this. He was always available, regardless of the time if we needed to speak to him or wanted any advice. As well as giving us constant updates on the whole process as it ran on. For anybody I know looking to sell there home in the future I will 100% be recommending Alan, he is the best. We cannot thank him enough for what he has done for us.

I have just completed a house sale through Easy Property Castleford which was a pleasure from start to finish.The best way to describe the agents, Kelvin and Liam, would be to say these guys are "Super sellers" who are really on top of their game. They had viewings arranged one hour after the initial valuation and from those viewings I had an asking price offer the next day. I must admit, I thought this must be too good to be true.... but it wasn't. Sale completed in 10 weeks !! Absolutely amazed and delighted !!
Their professionalism and knowledge of the local market was outstanding which was very reassuring to me as the seller. They handled everything for me which took away a lot of the stress of selling a home.The fees were extremely competitive with a choice of options for marketing as well as sourcing a great deal with conveyancing for me too. I really couldn't have asked for better, and that really is the truth. I would strongly recommend these to anyone without hesitation.

I reluctantly put my flat on sale near city centre due to Covid-19 and was sure will never get my desired price. But Hannah from easy property did excellent job and got me the offer very quick. She was great for viewings and negociating with the buyers. Did every thing very professionally and promtly. It was wonderful experience dealing with her. And will definitely take her service to sell any properties in future. Thank you very much Hannah.

Just bought a house through easy property very professional, helpful staff l am extremely happy with the service that has been provided to me by Easyproperty.

I have chosen to go with a local agent who represents this brand. Jonathan has been extremely helpful with guiding us through the process of sale even whilst on lockdown. His expertise has been priceless and feel so reasured that we have chosen well and are in the best hands. I’ve just used Laura from Crewe who gave me a virtual valuation, was extremely pleased and valued the property the same as a leading high street agent.
