There is so many wonderful things to say about EBS. My whole life I have struggled with weight, and this is the first time I have ever stuck to a healthy lifestyle. That is because it is a lifestyle, NOT a diet. I feel amazing when I am following EBS. Yalda is one of the most genuine people in the health industry. She really cares about helping people. The Eat Burn Sleep lifestyle helped me deal with IBS, acne, and have a pain-free body after many years of struggling with bloating, pain in the whole body, even though I trained and ate healthy, as I thought. I have been a member since the day Yalda opened her platform and always come back to reset, for cooking inspiration. Most importantly, I have a workout routine from the platform that helps me to show up every day without thinking about what to do. I must say my body composition has become better now than I had 10 years ago. Recently, I went through stress and depression in my life and was again back on the platform for the special advice and reset. EBS helped me heal my gut when I was in a cycle of IBS, I know now what to eat if I am poorly - although it doesn’t happen much anymore! I love that when there is a trend such as creatine or veganism I can check in with her page and get a critical pov about it. Planning on doing the re set when I get home from my holiday !

I follow Yalda since the beginning of EBS. Her advice helped me a lot in finding balance in everything. She shares so much wisdom about the body, it functions and healing it thanks to upgrading your lifestyle while still enjoying life. Yalda practises with common sense and is very transparent and critical about everything. She doesn’t follow blindly the newest trends and is testing everything herself. EBS has a very holistic approach. Also is she always researching new studies and is testing out new, delicious recipes for us.
In my opinion all healthcare workers should educate themselves on her platform. I learned everything from her, my doctor didn’t knew anything about inflammation and the cause of the endometriose. And that the disease is triggers by inflammation due to processed foods & stress!!

I am so grateful for Yalda and her team and the knowledge that this platform imparts. It has empowered me by helping me understand how to be truly healthy. Yalda's six week reset is well explained and understandable. This is important because there is a lot to get your head around.
An important pillar is the damage limitation mindset rather than perfection. It is all positive and encouraging and accepts that we are human.
Following this lifestyle for the last 3 years has lead to an improvement in my daily energy, coping and happiness. This spills over into my little family as well as extended family. We are all on the lifestyle and are much, much healthier and happier.
I as so, so grateful for Yalda and the platform. I renew my subscription every year and will continue to do so.
A note on fertility, I fell pregnant instantly when I tried for a second child and my pregnancy was a breeze in comparison to my first thanks to my tip top health. I’ve been a member of the Eat Burn Sleep platform for three years now, and it has been truly life-changing - especially in helping me manage my autoimmune thyroid condition. I feel the best I have in years. The EBS platform has helped me ease and manage most of my symptoms.

My EBS Update
I’ve been following Yalda since 2019, and have been a member of the platform for over 2 years. From the start, Yalda’s commitment to each of her clients really struck me. I had a one on one Zoom meeting with her at the beginning of my journey, and she helped me to understand why I wasn’t meeting my weight goals with my existing diet and exercise routine, and she helped me to meet my goals. I must say, I have always eaten healthy, but Yalda has helped me reframe feelings of guilt about falling off the wagon; she helped me instill discipline into my healthy lifestyle, and for that I will always be grateful. I have also found that I haven’t been craving sweet or unhealthy foods because all the recipes are so delicious, and it’s not a “strict” diet, but a lifestyle where I can enjoy food while being healthy. In addition, following Yalda’s personalised advice on the members site has improved my hair loss and immune system— I used to get ill very easily, but thanks to her advice, it hasn’t been happening often at all for the past year and a half! I love this platform and the amount of educational content that it has, everything is based in rigorous scientific research. Yalda is very professional and she never gives advice that is outside of her expertise. Plus you can tell that she really loves educating on these topics, so watching her masterclasses is actually very nice.
In terms of my symptoms, I have definitely seen a significant reduction in my inflammation levels overall, I had small symptoms here and there that didn't go away, but they have now disappeared or considerably reduced. The biggest change for me though, has been in my emotional state, I haven't had an episode of depression and anxiety ever since I started following the lifestyle.
Besides the extense educational content, there are many good recipees available in the platform, I have tried some of them and they are definitely staying in my weekly dinner rotation. The sweet treats I've tried are seriously too good, much tastier than their not EBS compliant versions!
The workouts are low impact but still very effective, you really feel how your muscles are working, and most importantly, with no inflammation. I thought I hated working out because all these classes where you only jump always left me feeling terrible afterwards. I know understand it's because they were highly inflammatory and I have now started enjoying working out.
Lastly, a not negligible point is the great value you get for your money. I've paid a lot of money before to work with other nutritionists and didn't feel much improvement. I paid waay less for the EBS yearly subscription, I have educated myself (and I will keep doing so in the platform) and most importantly, I actually feel much better overall.

I have done a review previously when I started EBS but I wanted to do another a year later. I have followed Yalda for around a year and half now. Yalda was the one who inspired me to change my lifestyle and opened up my awareness of foods and the inflammation within the body. What I’ve found with EBS is we are not restricting, we are changing everything right down to the gut bacteria and our taste buds by being more mindful in our daily choices. I would eat takeaway food every week, crave sugar after evening meals, and binge eat numerous days. It was a never ending downward spiral. EBS has changed my thought process around food. Don’t get me wrong I still crave sugar but in healthier doses and I know longer feel the need to eat junk food. I can actually identify what my body needs without the cloudiness of sugar cravings. I also had crippling IBS/stomach issues for 6 years and was referred to a gastroenterologist specialist but I no longer need to see one due to the changes I’ve made. I have set backs but I have the knowledge to get back on track and it’s all thanks to Yalda. I am forever grateful for her work and passion she has put into EBS and will continue to follow her work.

I was introduced to the EBS platform by a friend as I was struggling to lose weight after a foot operation. I signed up and immediately embarked on the 6 week Reset. I not only managed to stay on the food regime for the entire 6 weeks without cheating (which says something about how well thought out the plan is and equally how easy and delicious the recipes are!) but also managed to loose the extra weight and then some! And I felt great in a way I have not done in many years. I have been a member for almost two years and I have never looked back! Finding Yalda and her platform was an incredible pivotal moment for me. I’ve been a member of EBS for 2 years and wish I’d known about it sooner. I felt transformed after the first 2-3 months of following her lifestyle and really began to understand the nutritional content of what I was consuming and the affect of certain foods on my body. I have nothing but praise for Yalda and how she is empowering her followers to take control of their health and establish realistic and practical lifelong habits. Her no gimmicks and straightforward advice (particularly regarding food) echoes the habits I was taught by my parents, but somehow more modern lifestyles pushed me off course (gluten free, juicing etc). I was healthy on paper and did not need to lose weight, but I felt unwell and my symptoms often affected my quality of life. In hindsight, I now know that a lot of what I experienced was inflammation, perimenopause and Hashimoto’s diagnosed in 2021. I often felt depressed, anxious, sluggish, bloated and had depleted energy reserves. My hair was shedding, I had Covid for nearly 3 months starting in March 2020, I was also experiencing tachycardia, heart palpitations, night sweats, peripheral neuropathy (tingling of feet and fingers) and would get several sinus infections every year that I could not shake without antibiotics.
I have not had a sinus infection since I started following the EBS platform, my night sweats, tachycardia and palpitations disappeared practically overnight and my hair shedding stopped. The neuropathy has improved and the Hashimoto’s (high thyroid antibody levels) is trending downward slowly. Started EBS in January and I’ve been amazed to see the difference it has made. I’d dabbled with other anti-inflammatory diets for my UC but this lifestyle is easy to follow with all the recipes and advice on the platform. Yalda and the team are always quick to respond and I don’t feel like I’m doing it alone. I started when in a flare of UC and with the diet (plus some meds which were necessary) I am now much better. Back to my usual basic meds and aside from my UC being better, I am seeing less water retention and joint pain. I have more energy and the cherry on top which I wasn’t looking for is that I’ve lost the weight I’d put on through my pregnancies.
