Eat Burn Sleep is the best thing you can do for yourself. After years of struggling with ulcerative colitis and psoriasis I was left feeling very lonely and confused. I was sent to many different dietitian’s but all left me feeling more restricted. With Eat Burn Sleep my experience was the complete opposite I felt so secure. Yalda empowered me by teaching me about conditions and food. I stopped fearing food and began to enjoy it again. I feel in charge of my body thanks to her. It has taken me a long time to write a review for this amazing platform because I didn’t think that I could convey how amazing Yalda’s EBS program is. For a long time, I followed her free advice on YouTube and Instagram without signing up for the platform and then one year ago finally decided it was time. There is a ton of information and it’s always evolving and improving and Yalda is constantly updating her research and her advice and adding more! I look forward to the weekly drops of videos and recipes but honestly even a year in there is still so much of the platform I haven’t fully explored. I didn’t join for any particular health concern, but have to say that this program completely changes your outlook on nutrition and well-being and it’s taught me to be gentler with myself. I’ve always thought I had to push really hard or be extreme to see any sort of results and I think that Yalda’s advice of being gentle and kind to your body and your mind couldn’t have come in a better time in my life. I wanted to share an honest review that would maybe help someone else not hesitate like I did. I know, sometimes finding things online can seem scammy or not worth the hype, but that is NOT the case here. I have just renewed my membership for the third (!) time. I have hashimoto's and have been feeling so bad, I gained almost 20kg and had horrible acne and hairloss. My sister introduced me to Yalda's instagram a few years ago and even though I was sceptic in the beginning, I am sooooo happy I decided to purchase the membership. I used to do a lot of high intensity workouts, running etc but this was not working anymore since my hashimoto diagnosis. I now do the workouts on the platform and have noticed that I sleep better and my weight is going down. I test my thyroid on a regular basis and they have been in a good range for 1 year now. I truly believe that the eat burn sleep method is a lifestyle that will only benefit you in the long run.

I have followed Yalda and Eat Burn Sleep since 2017(?). I have had amazing success when following the plan. I just renewed my membership again because I can’t imagine not having her advice and recipes (oh my goodness the recipes are all delicious!!). When I’m living the plan I feel amazing. I have mast cell activation which causes inflammation and allergy like reactions. When I’m eating by the plan I have almost zero issues. I only take an allergy pill daily now. Before I was on 3 other meds and had to use steroids on occasion plus other meds but not since I literally reset my body with this plan.
If I go off the plan, which I have a few times due to putting myself on the back burner, I immediately can feel the inflammation and I gain weight, don’t feel energetic, joint pain increases, allergy type symptoms increase. It’s palpable. But as soon as I go back on the plan I seriously have instant relief. I de-puff, lose immediate fluid weight, allergy type symptoms go away, I sleep better, feel better and on and on.
To say this plan has been a life changer is putting it mildly. I will ALWAYS be an EBS / Yalda follower!!! She has changed my life by sharing her advice, personal experience and ultimately this EBS plan. I’m forever grateful!!!

I was diagnosed with leaky gut and candida. Feeling overwhelmed how to tackle this, I searched the web and stumbled upon EatBurnSleep.
I loved the easy approach, that the advice for my needs was clear, direct, no nonsense. Without overthinking, I signed up.

I’ve followed EBS and been a member for years - it is one of the few places where people looking to improve their health can get rational, effective, and sustainable advice and information on a holistic level. One of the things I love most is that Yalda is not afraid to change and update her recommendations based on changes in the newest/best evidence. She was one of the first voices I heard saying that intermittent fasting might not be as good for women as it is for men, and that heavy weights are not the only way to build muscle mass. She is deeply committed to truly helping people, rather than trying to build followers at any cost (unlike most of the wellness industry). Yalda was one of the few people who didn’t blindly hop on the bandwagon of a certain highly advertised and very expensive green drink everyone else is pushing, for example. Integrity is everything, and Yalda has it in spades. Her movement videos and recipes are great, too!

Yalda's knowledge and research based platform is life changing. I've suffered with IBS my whole life, and learning how to eat in an anti-inflammatory way has really changed my health and well being.
