Scam. They force you to sign up for an account just to look at the meals. Then by signing up, they set you up for a delivery without telling you.

I went onto the site just to look at the meals, decided it wasnt for me (due to dietary stuff) and left.

a week later I get a box of food from them and charge on my card. I did not ask for a delivery. I did not sign up for a delivery. I was not sent an email or notification that I was signed up for a delivery.

When I called they said they could not refund this bogus delivery because apparently "when you sign into the site for the first itme you automatically are signed up for a delivery no matter what" it is written in some small terms of service or somethign somewhere people wont look. Site is set up to charge people unknowingly. Be wary.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. MULTIPLE CHICKEN MEALS CAME RAW. I TRIED TO CANCEL AND NOW THEYRE WITHOLDING MY REFUND AND ONLY APPLICABLE TOWARDS ANOTHER ORDER - TOTAL SCAM.

Loser company ran by a loser guy.. mike martinez runs a credit card scam company and owes various vendors money and is involved with various law suits.. do not use this company. It’s quite literally a scam company.

First week of August I ordered 20 meals from eatclean. To be honest I didn't like that much. Thats why I stop my membership. Even I stop it they still charge me for next week. I call them for stop order and give my money back. They keep saying we are working on it but after 2 months still they didn't give it back.

First order had no notification. Tracking was not available. The day after it was delivered went online, after 6pm delivery information was finally available, which said it was delivered the day before. Have never received any email updates. The delivery was not where the delivery instructions which I wrote. They comped me the delivery. Next week delivery was made to the same location, ignoring my request to leave it in a location near my door. Still no updates or emails even after four calls to customer service. This is the third week delivery is three days late. I contacted customer service every day with them promising to deliver the next day and they would send verification email. After three calls, with promising to send email still no food and now customer service doesn't answer. Reveversing the charges on my credit card at going to buy groceries.

Of the few food delivery services I've tried (including Factor), this is, by far, the best. You have a wide selection of various diets. I've lost 15lbs last month and didn't starve doing it.

This was my first time using a premade meal service and I was caustiously optimistic. Eat Clean has been great! The food arrives each week well packaged and each meal is clearly described with all ingredients. The heating time is minimal in the microwave and it's so convenient. I have had over 15 different meals and all of them have been really tasty. I really like that you can order the type of meals you prefer according to your dietary needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Eat Clean to anyone searching for a meal service.

Extremely bad customer service, multiple cases of missing meals, ignores picks on website and blames customer.

I was charged for two orders three days apart.This was July 3rd and 7th. I have talked to someone there 3 times and was promised refund but never got one. I had to send copy of bank statement and I did with still no results. Crooks,Scammers,Thieves and Liars!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst food I’ve ever had. The customer service was even worse. I canceled my service and still got charged. I called customer service and the rude individual on the phone refused to cancel my subscription.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would.. Steer clear of this meal prep company. They are extremely unorganized, lack proper management/leadership, and it's a constant issue back to back with their deliveries and meals. I would like to say it is pretty basic and logical to package together a different kinds of meals selected by the customer in order to change things up during the week and provide variety.. its not so common sense for eat clean, for weeks we recieved 3 and 4 or more of the same exact meal in the same delivery... did we not pay for multiple meals we selected?? seems to be a reflection of the poor management of whoever is dealing with meal deliveries. Another issue, every single week, the drivers hired by this company are calling us, unable to get to the neighborhood and/or unable to enter the gate... the instructions have been in our profile since the FIRST DAY. The address and gate code with clear instructions are there for all to see but time and time again its an issue. Not to mention, when the drivers do call they dont even speak english making the phone calls last up to 30 minutes on some occasions just trying to explain how to get to the correct neighborhood. GET IT TOGETHER EAT CLEAN.. hire english speaking drivers who know how to read instructions and use a GPS its not that hard. Another issue, these people like to email last minute the night of the delivery past 9pm that the meals will not arrive until past 10pm... what kind of delivery time is this?? people are expecting their meals in the day NOT AT 11PM AT NIGHT when everyone is sleeping. This has happened to us multiple times and the meals sit overnight in the heat and humidity of florida and go to waste. That's food wasted on you eat clean.. The meals are nothing special, lacking quality and flavor, the customer service and management is well below average (putting it nicely), and the drivers are ignorant and underqualified individuals for such an easy job. We've canceled our subscription happily and have opted for a better meal prep company.

Literally the worst meal prep company I’ve worked with. I’ve worked with several and this company has horrible execution. They can follow 0 directions , they have 0 customer support that is responsive and does what they say will happen. I’ve owned a business for the last 7 years I understand how it can be trying to please everyone… with that being said I’m the last to go out of my way to write a review. I pay for meals for my father who depends on this to eat during the week. Over the last 2 weeks they delivered the food at 10pm and left out over night so can no longer eat, I’ve had to sit on the phone for 45 mins with 2 people who can’t speak English to try and get them to the address because they were at the wrong one with my dads meals thinking they were at the right place which they they proceeded to fight amongst one another on the call while I’m trying to guide them. This is just a couple of the embarrassing things I’ve had to deal with on their behalf of service. Again I’m a business owner , for me to sit on a call for 45 mins is extremely expensive.

I've tried companies similar to this and not been very impressed. However, this food is amazing. I have to be on low sodium and most of the options are! So far all but one has been delicious.

Very good food, and the dishes don't leave me ravenous two hours later. I only wish all the vegetables weren't pickled.

Missing meals not reimbursed. I’m over 2 months out after requesting refund. No response to calls or e-mails after my 2nd request to refund credit card. I have logged approximately 1 hour total on “hold” for a 38.00 refund???? My account with them has a credit for future delivery. Not acceptable after this fiasco.

this is a terrible company for a customer service business. I did not finalize my order, but they had my card number and picked meals for me. When I got a notification that it would be delivered between certain hours, I waited way past delivery the time. It got shipped to the wrong home. This was 6 days ago, and I still have not received a refund. I was told from two different customer service people they would take care of it and the third one told me to send an email of what transpired! really??

They are crooks!! I made the initial order and then called them to make sure these charges DO NOT RECUR. Then, my card gets charged again! Plus it's a ripoff.....50 % off and it's still almost 10 bucks a meal when you include shipping! DON'T TRY IT. They refuse to respond to emails or phone calls. I finally had to call my BANK to stop payment!

I am having a very bad experience with this company and I do not feel they care to make anything right. First of all when I selected the meals, there was no confirmation seeing what I chose. Then when the meals came they were not all of what I selected! They were also just not that great, and that is coming from my elderly parents who I ordered for. They do not require much to enjoy a meal so that was surprising. But the worst part is that I wanted to cancel and they had already charged my card. They canceled, but kept the money! No delivery and no refund. This is very bad business and I will tell the company that recommended them to me to stop recommending them to others.

Meals were good. Customer service, billing, and refunds are the worst they could possibly be.
