Macros/Calories counts inaccurate

Food is very good and basically clean. Macros do not add up to the calories they claim on the menu, when entered into MyFitnessPal. Given the portions I highly doubt the calories are as low as they claim. Doing a cut is hard and I'm paying not just convenience but ACCURACY. If you want to generally eat clean this company is great but if you need the measurements and nutrition info to be exact and accurate, I would avoid them, in my experience. Thanks.

Great healthy options

Orders arrive on time and are very tasty. I buy what is suppose to be the larger servings but I'm not sure how much larger they are from what is a regular portion as it seems to the the same size as the regular portions from other meal services like "Factor" But I like that I have quick meal options that are healthy and non GMO without all the cooking and mess. So quick and easy. Eating these and cutting out my late night snacking I have lost 16 lbs so far. I would give it 5 stars if the protein portions were a little larger and had more options rotated in. ****Editing my review now as today I received my shipment and it was missing 2 meals. I tried to call customer service and just sat on hold for a long time then a messages comes up and says there is no one available to take my call and to leave a message. They did call me back in a half hour and issued me a credit for the 2 missing meals which did show up in my eat clean account right away.

Horrible company

Horrible company.

UPDATE: website and app just updated at 10pm at night and said package was delivered and it never was. They still have not responded back. This company stole my money.

Save your time and money and just use factor. All the reviews about customer service are completely true. It’s basically non existent. My order was supposed to be delivered today, I never received ANY sort of shipping confirmation. I sent emails today yesterday and the couple days leading up to the delivery date (today) and not one single email was answered. I called them this later afternoon and spoke to someone and they wanted my name (they couldn’t look it up by order number which doesn’t make sense but whatever, I thought) after giving my name she responded with “oh it’s being delivered today” as if I didn’t already know what the order said. Then I asked for confirmation. She said she had to ask for a tracking number. So I waited. Then she said “I just submitted a request for tracking and I will call you back” then that was it. Now that it’s late evening and I still do it have my package and also never received a call back, they are now closed. What does it mean they have to submit a request to get a tracking number, like this isn’t 2025 and easy to get tracking.

This has been an absolute terrible experience. I donot know how this company became rated so high with 70% of reviews being negative and 20% of the remaining 30 being obviously paid reviewers. STAY AWAY.

The food tastes great

The food tastes great! I like the portion sizes with the option to choose larger portions.
The only bad experience I've had is with the shipping or rather the shipping company. They haven't followed my specialshipping instructions.

These meals are so fresh and tasty.

The food is amazing and the regular potions are just enough to stay full. I lost 5lbs in less than 2 weeks eating these meals. My only complaint is the price. The weekly selections are a little expensive. Hopefully I can fit these meals within my budget. Also, why have a contact number if no one answers the phone?

Good far outweighs the bad

Haven't yet dealt with the customer service and the nutritional info seems suspect, but if you're just looking for delicious meals at a reasonable price, this company delivers on taste and quantity.

Poor delivery and customer service

I tried this company for 3 months and suffered from the same poor delivery and customer service that others have complained about. The latest delivery was the final straw: one of ten meals was missing and five of ten varied from my order; I always compare the list of ordered meals to what I receive. I opened a complaint, my second this month, asking for credit; it was closed the next day without response or credit. CANCELED!!

Expiration date, cut off on label!!

Food is good but I don’t like how the expiration date is cut off on some of the meal labels. This could be dangerous to be honest. Granted I try to eat meal everyday but some stuff I may have to put in the freezer so it doesn’t spoil in the fridge. I would order again but I hope this situation is fixed. I shouldn’t have to contact customer care for important things they should be checking for.

Compleatly igrone your allergies!

Terrible service DO NOT USE they completely ignore your allergies if you forget to choose your meals. I called multiple times about this issue, i was promised a credit and that they would be more careful. They continued to send me meals I could not eat 4/8 meals in one order I couldn't eat. I never received a credit and they don't even keep track of what they send so they wont refund me anything. I am a single mom and business owner i thought using this service would be helpful it has been a complete nightmare!

Food never delivered

Food never delivered. when reported, told replacement box would be sent. Never sent. Told they would process refund. Still no refund a month later. Emailed everyday for a month with customer service. No help. Calling customer service multiple times. gets no help. On hold 45 or more minutes to be hung up on.
Told will receive a call back. They don’t call back. They won’t give direct phone # to talk to billing. The customer service person tries to call department that processes refunds. That department won’t answer phone for them either.

THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY

Terrible customer service

The food is good but the service is awful. You may or may not receive your box for the week. If this is something you are wanting to substitute your weekly meals this isn’t it. You can message and message and will not get a response. Good luck with this one..

The food is very good but delivery was bad.

The food is very good. The menu choices are very good also. The problem is the delivery service. If I end up cancelling my account with Eat Clean it will be because the delivery service is so bad. If they would tell me when the delivery is going to be late that would help, but nothing from the company, they just leave me hanging.

Horrible customer service

2 stars because most of the food is good. However, they charged for deliveries not made. When we requested refund they refused and then sent a delivery 2 weeks later with a selection of food that is not even close to the food we chose, and most we cannot eat due to allergies.

They have continued to deny a refund.

Horrible company

the only way i was able to review the ingredients and nutrition was to add my cc info. next thing i new was i was charged. i immediately cancelled the subscription, and sent numerous support tickets with no response and 3 phone calls, my order was cancelled but they never refunded me, and did not send any food (good thing, too high in sodium). as of today i have 2/7/2025 i still have not been refunded charged on 1/3/2025 of $81.39 Horrible company.
