I paid for an advertisement, but then it disappeared without warning. No history in account. No way to contact them. I am charging back the transaction with my bank!

Sold an item on Ebay UK, sadly turned out it was "available internationally" and was purchased by a German. He then objected to the cost of tracked delivery on the Ebay system. I went to the trouble of getting Royal Mail postage rates with and without tracking. He asked me to invoice him with the non tracking [cheap]option. He paid that, ebay/paypal held payment. It was slow to arrive, probably due to covid. He asked ebay for his money back. They were initially going to pay him, I appealed and was informed I won my appeal and would get paid. Two months later, and several complaints, still no money despite having three written responses from ebay Germany confirming that I would be paid. Latest response now says I will not be paid. I have provided proof of postage. Whole episode totally discraceful, would strongly advise any UK seller to alter their selling settings to UK only and refuse to send goods to Germany.

ZERO Stars for NOT EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR HELP when articles received which don't meet the description. It will be YOUR problem, they don't care at all. No consequences for the seller! What a pity, there are a numerous serious persons selling on this platform - unfortunately they remain unprotected by this policy,I have lost more than 175 Euro because I sent money and I didn't receive my articles.and the seller still offer his article in the site

Do not use this service. Most likely you will get laid! They are out of control. If you use bank transfer you will get laid and they do not care at all. Company themselves out of control. German government should ban this website and company. Because lot’s of case for police department because of them. There are mostly fake products and asking for bank transfers.

I've Done My First online purchase with Them so far. I believe its legitimate but haven't received my product because it might Take more 31 days of shipping but Appreciate Their Service

Worst experience ever, everytime I place an Ad and get interested buyers they restrict my account and was a hassle to unblock and wasted my money on advertisement also.

When purchasing an item over EBay Kleinanzeigen, be sure to get the seller’s phone number and to pickup the item in person.

Very good if you personally meet the seller and you can proof the things before buying them, if you want to buy with a shipment is a little bit risky........but this website was created with this primary goal, selling in a local way, in the near, with seller and customer meeting each other to avoid the risk of fraud.

was told I would get a refund of Ebay 30 day money back guarantee ! escalated it and was told it would take 5 days so I did this and waited ! called to day as was told to do so this morning , I was told I would get a refund automatically but still waiting and was told case would be closed but no it's still there !! there full of rubbish there in favour of the seller, I'm done spending money on Ebay as all you get is rubbish I have spent lots with them and all I get is crap , I just won't my money back , and the seller committed fraud by sending a different one a cheaper one in the right box how they getaway with it I dont no as I did tell them ! so now I'm going to action fraud with this one as Ebay dont wont to no and will still let the seller carry on as they just wont the money so so sad they just dont care !!!

Can't say i'm too impressed with my order!
I ordered my beautiful first born who is now 11, a mystery box for her uprising YouTube channel. Now, I don't have a great grasp of this online world but I do know that sending human remains in the mail is not really legal in my books, let alone acceptable for a eleven year old girl to open on camera!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER ON EBAY!!!!

Had the unfortunate experience of using eBay Kleinanzeigen to order a product, pay for it, and never actually receive the goods.
A day after making the bank transfer I had received the following automated email from eBay:
"The access of the provider, with whom you had contact, had to be limited by us, as we suspect that the user account is misused by third parties. It was probably changed without the user's knowledge either his original ads, new ads abandoned, or sent messages that he has not written himself.
Therefore, please weigh carefully, if you would like to get in touch with this provider."

Meaning that the user account had been blocked and all of the ads from the user removed. This also meant that I had no way of contacting the user. The seller had 32 active ads and had a positive satisfaction rating.

The suggested approach was to report the case and wait for Ebay to evaluate the case. More than 2 weeks into this, and after writing several emails to Ebay, I did not receive any response other than some automated responses saying "it will take some time until you can get a personal answer".

I was unfortunate enough to be a day late into cancelling the bank transfer after receiving the above automated email.
Ebay Kleinanzeigen doesn't assume any kind of puchase protection for the user, and given that the satisfaction rating doesn't seem to mean anything on the website, I cannot recommend anyone to use the platform.

What is going on in Germany ??
Everything just going down...big firms like DHL, HERMES, or this "Ebay kleinanzeige" is full with cheaters and THIEVES, and you can't get ANY HELP !!! Never mind if you paid for insurance or not...they stealing this money too, because you pay for it, but they don't give you back anything if one of their THIEVES has stolen your package or valuables...
Now I want to talk about this "Ebay-kleinanzeige" in the last 2 months I loosed 310 Euro...because I paid for items, what was never delivered...and the Ebay-kleinanzeige says if you complaining, that they will NOT send you ANY ANSWER... and they let continuously make these THIEVES, to cheating new and new people, and nobody stop them...IT looks like this is a platform for LIARS and THIEVES, so I guess I don't will try anymore to buy there anything, because it is same as I would throw it away my money....even worse, because we, the victims of thievery, just get heart attack if we make ourselves nervous about it....
Summa summarum, it looks like the wheel of history is turning back in Germany to the well-known bad times, when you could not trust even to your neighbor , because they give you the to hands of fanatical animals, who are hitting,stealing, killing with a smiling face.....is this the European Union ?? NO THANK YOU, England has right !
