I posted an advertisement with my puppies and it got removed without any explanation. I did not broke any term and/or condition. When they removed my advertisement they published false allegations about me in my advertisement that my pets are suffering and that people who would buy my pets they would support "animal cruelty" as they said.I cannot call it anything else but left over racism against foreign people who try to find a new owner and home for animals. They do it in this kind of principle "I see you foreign - I'm call you a pet abuser". Shame.

Full of Scammer sellers just like Amazon Gutschein and others, have no security for buyers.

Poor service if it goes bad

Called about a defective controller for my drone paid $170.99 to ebay seller bad they are scandalous. The customer service is in the Philippines and they are horrible.filed a complaint with FTC and PayPal. I was told PayPal is a bad as EBAY.

This place is a nightmare. Sellers are not held accountable for shipments that go "missing," therefore they can post an ad, have you pay them and never ship the item and claim that package went "missing" in post. This includes payment via Paypal as it's not directly tied to a transaction if the seller sends you a request for money. ebay-kleinanzeigen also doesn't do anything and tells the victim to contact Paypal, their bank or a lawyer and that's it.

If a 0 star option was available that's what they would be getting!! Absolute disgrace! Always side with a buyer even though its clear buyer is in the wrong! Take you money! Extremely expensive selling fees, takes a percentage off your item and still takes more money from you every month! Go with amazon and avoid ebay at all costs!! Thief's!!

Paid, but never recieved the product, nor a refund. No contact details or customer support.

Fraudulent Company,7/10 times do NOT deliver goods/items.Do not refund when requested.The SELLER VERIFICATION team is extremely inefficient,unprofessional,very very rude.Stay Away!

i have seen bad review about Ebay I have used Ebay and PayPal knowing that whatever I buy I know beyond doubt my money is safe I bought a Lenovo battery from replacement batteries and paid through papal and they replacement batteries sent me an email thanking me for my purchase
that was 6 day ago since then I have sent them emails and had no reply I took a case up through paypal and I never had a problem saying that my money was safe even though it had been paid out saying my money was frozen and after ten days my money would be reimbursed back into my bank, so in my eyes they are paypal for me is the safest way to buy something on ebay knowing that my money is safe in the past I have had to use them to send something back and reclaim my money for me ,after speaking to a lady called Courtney who works for paypay she told me not to worry as in a another couple of days my money would be put back into my account ,so I cant fault them in any way and know its the safest way for me to buy any thing on the internet from a very pleased Charles best

Unfortunately Ebay Kleinanzeigen doesn't have any seller security. If someone doesn't pay you just get the advice to go to police. There is no option to report a user or to rate a user. There are no security checks. I didn't receive my payment and Ebay Kleinanzeigen left me alone.

I opened a new account to sell my tv and a few other things when I left Germany. After I received the first couple of offers who wanted to pay full price, my account was blocked with no reason given.

With only 3-4 days time to sell my stuff, I emailed them (they provided no explanation upfront). They wrote back to say they needed proof (a photo of the tv with a piece of paper with the date and time).

I quickly provided this and after a few hours someone there apologised and unblocked the account. I messaged the buyers again in the hopes of retaining their interest.

A day later, the same thing happened again. I wrote again, now with very little time left to sell my stuff, and received a response that I was permanently banned and to stay away from them! They also wrote to everyone who had wrote to me (I know because a friend had written to me) telling them I was a scammer and not to buy from me. Truly amazing.

I somehow found their phone number and called. As soon as they brought up my account details the woman went dead quiet on the phone before parroting the same response. That I was banned and nothing would be done.

Thankfully I managed to sell my tv for a lesser price to a friend of a friend the day before I left. No thanks to eBay kleinanzeigen. If your aim is to waste time and have your sale platform warn your buyers not to purchase from you, this is the website for you. If you actually want to sell your stuff, stay away from this joke of a business. They are complete idiots.
