Spoke this morning to Jayshree Ramkhelawon a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable friendly lady.
She put my mind at rest after I received a letter demanding payment from a company that was part of my I v A so to say I was concerned is an understatement this lady put my mind at rest so helpful thank you Jayshree Ramkhelawon 5 stars to you.

Adviser itshah was helpful & reassured me as 02 have made my life a living nightmare customers need to be aware they are a bad company since joining with virgin media they are one of the worst phone companies ever Ebengate have been exemplary throughout my ordeal highly recommend

Excellent service from Ruth

I received a letter from one of my credit cards so I phoned Ebenegate to get some advice I spoke to Ruth who dealt with the matter impeccably and emailed the credit card company while I was on the phone and assured me that everything would be fine and that it would be sorted Ruth did an excellent job and would not hesitate to phone again
