I rang the company for advice about a heating product I couldn’t start up, they were very helpful advising me as to how I could diagnose the problem, which I did and purchased a new controller which has now solved the issue. Also they also recommended a local service centre.

Very helpful staff member with initial phone contact- I had some technical issues to talk through prior to purchase.
