The prompt service was second to non. I was initially concerned they did not have a replacement diesel heater available, however after a very short email communication, a heater was made available for me to purchase on line. I have found the service fantastic and the replacement heater is now fitted working well.
I have since emailed for more generic support relating to the control system and found their response very quick and supportive.

My D1LC Eberpacher heater is discontinued , after contacting my local dealer and the local dealer where my boat is moored with no parts available , Eberspacher Direct had the replacement part in stock and was dispatched very quickly .
