Do not buy these products
What they don’t bother to tell you is that the tuners will destroy your smart system irrevocably.
You’ll waste hours and days trying to fix the damage it did, void your warranty and you’ll have paid through the nose for the privilege of having all that time and energy wasted.
Don’t do it to yourself.

Ignoring emails, ignoring my request for a refund on there faulty product, and have actually deleted my review on there page!! Utter joke going to ombudsman

Outstanding. They answered my bazillion emails and questions. They let me know when every step of my order was done and was personal answering my questions. I also had questions after the delivery and they still are helping me. Outstanding company! 100% satisfied! Thank you guys!

Game-Changer for My Giant E-Bike – SpeedBox 3.1 Review
I recently installed the SpeedBox 3.1 B.Tuning on my Giant e-bike (SyncDrive motor), and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking to unlock the full potential of your e-bike, this tuning chip is a total game-changer.

Installation:
The install was surprisingly straightforward. The connectors are color-coded, and with the clear instructions provided, I had everything set up in under 30 minutes. No special tools needed—just a bit of patience and a clean workspace.

Performance:
Once activated, the speed limiter is gone. My bike now comfortably cruises well beyond 25 km/h (15.5 mph), and I’ve hit speeds over 50 km/h on flat stretches. It’s a whole new riding experience—smoother, faster, and way more fun.

App Integration:
The Bluetooth connection to the SpeedBox app is a major bonus. I can monitor my speed, battery, trip data, and even lock the motor remotely. The customization options are awesome—I can tweak speed limits or check diagnostics right from my phone.

Activation:
Turning the tuning on or off is simple. A quick tap of the WALK button (or another control combo) and you're good to go. It's discreet and doesn’t interfere with the standard ride functions.

Great company, have bought two units so far and both work perfectly. Helpful, detailed instructions always included with the products and always swift email advice if you're unsure of anything.

Power box for Yamaha PW-S2 fitted easily, was able to remove housing on Haibike Alltrack 6 without removing crank, and can't go wrong fitting as the 4 plugs are all different so only connect the right way ! Riding it is so much better as no motor cut- out but pretty safe as limited by gearing as to how fast you can pedal so nice at 25mph. A great product !

Brilliant customer service. Very fast delivery and a superb product. Ordered the Volspeed V4 for my gen4 bosch motor. Installed it in no time. It's transformed my Cannondale Moterra. Can't recommend enough!

I’ve purchased two Vol speed units from Ebike Tuner (one for Bosch and one for Sync Drive Pro 2) and both work perfectly. Easy to set up annd easy to install. Any questions I have asked have been answered promptly.
I would wholeheartedly recommend using them when purchasing a derestrictor for your ebike.

I found working with ebiketuner a really good experience. I initially sent them my bike specification and withing a few hours they had responded with the recommended tuner for my bike. Great Start :-). The tuner arrived as promised in 2-3 days. I eventually found a video on youtube for a similar bike install to mine. make sure that you do this piece of research as the manual that comes with the tuner is quite basic and a good video will save a lot of time. On my first attempt I struggled to get all the wiring into the down tube as suggest wit ht he extra connectors. I emailed ebiketuner and again within 24 hours they had responded with a local Ebike shop that would help me with the install. i did manage to do it myself with out the ebike shop however i was really impressed with the customer service and willingness to help.

I paid for the best chip they had for my bike. It worked for about two days and then the system went into limp mode. It wasnt the shop or service either, because they knew it has a chip on, and was fine when it left their shop. You can't get them easily on the phone, and they answer Whatsapp every few days. They suggested I try riding 90 minutes with the assistance off !!!!!!, and never followed up to see if my $450 AUD purchase was working. IF they knew this problem before they sold it to me, are they still allowed to sell the product. This would be called misleading advertising in Australia if that did happen, and would need to be rectified.

Really quick arrival after order. Plug and play Speedbox 3. Only took 10 minutes to install, works perfectly. I am very happy, thank you ebiketuner!
