Hi John, apologies for the confusion around the upgrade of your chip. We were under the impression you were wanting to replace you Speedbox 3 like for like, not upgrade to the bluetooth version (since the bluetooth version is £106 more expensive we require additional payment to swap).
Since you weren't the original purchaser of this chip we don't normally transfer warranties over.
However due to the confusion around your exact needs we decided to waive this for you.

Handlebar Jacks
Found these handle bar jacks available in the UK from Ebike Tuner. Ordered on Friday and arrived Monday, what a fantastic service. The Jacks are an amazing idea for removing wheels to put the bike in the car. They come as a pair and are very light, making them portable while out on your ride so any on trail repairs are easily carried out. What a fantastic idea and extremely well made . I contacted an American company about ‘Handlebar Jacks’ (put them on your handle bars then turn the bike upside down with no damage, perfect!) if they delivered to the UK then they said they have a UK distributor which was Ebike Tuner, their site was easy to navigate and I found the Jacks easily. From ordering to my front door was 2 days!!! Fantastic service!! I wish all UK company’s were so diligent! Great company to deal with!
