The ordering procedure is very straightforward and quick. The pendant is as described and matches my other items well. Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged.
I would have liked a confirmation e mail to say that my order had been accepted and was being processed. That is the only negative, otherwise all good.

We always aim to keep our customers in the loop as to the progress of their order as we realise this gives both peace of mind and clarity to our customers when ordering online. I'm not sure what happened on this occasion but we have recently had a number of issues with our site server crashing, not sending / receiving emails etc, which i think may be the issue. We have now moved to a new server which hopefully sorts the problems. I can only apologise for any uncertainty that this has caused. Hopefully your jewellery was well received and we hope you will continue to use us in the future.
