Extremely disappointed with this company.
Planned on using their export to Xero tool via Linnworks.
Its completely cocked up our Xero account. Sent hugely wrong information to Xero. Theyve created a tool that misses vital information. I asked them NOT to send any sales to Xero, but they instead sent 10,000 transactions which we will need to manually credit.
Overall a complete waste of time and money. This is our first ever negative comment left online about a company.
Good luck talking to them on the phone about issues too.
Would never use again or recommend this company to anyone. Try not to make the same mistake.

I really am very unhappy about this. Ive paid you to set the account up and export the data. Probably 2 months later it was finally in a position to export then I discover it is missing VITAL information (Refunded history).
"Sales Data" should include all sales data.
I clearly stated to NOT import any data to Xero. 4 hours later the ticket was replied to saying that you now have exported the data.
This data was also incorrect.
I now manually have to credit them in Xero.
I expect to still be crediting them this time next month.
There was 10,000 transactions to manually remove. Do you have ANY IDEA how long this is taking?
This is completely unacceptable service. Its an absolute disgrace.

I'm sorry that you are dissatisfied with your experience of our Xero Connector for Linnworks. After reviewing your conversations with our team, I would like to address your complaint.
From my review of your conversation with our support team, I feel you are not representing or describing the tool correctly.We clearly say in the documentation and description of our Xero Connector that this version only synchronises the sales transactions, nothing else. We have no control over your interpretations or assumptions.
In fact, following your initial query, we not only assisted you by providing an additional feature to filter out Open Orders that hadn't been present, as it was something that would help you and others, we also recredited you for the synch so it could be performed again after you removed the sales invoices from Xero. That feedback was appreciated, and we responded promptly.
As regards the complaint that we synchronised a large number of entries into Xero without your permission, causing problems, the team did have your permission initially. It was only after you requested confirmation that our tool synchronised refunds as well as sales that you withdrew permission for the sync after the completion. At no point have we ever provided any information implying that refunds are synchronised by the app currently. I would also point out that the team did a test synchronisation with a small sample at your request, which was approved before they proceeded. Where we feel we are at fault we are happy to assist further. I do not believe this was the case here.
All developments and major functionality changes to the adaptor are approved by Xero and by Linnworks team, and so there can be delays in approval even when development occurs. We can only confirm, therefore that items are planned, which we did in this case, and announce them when released and approved. I feel it is unfair to review us so badly for the software's abilities, or inabilities, based on an assumption by yourself. We strive to clearly communicate what our software does, and initial releases are often in possession of simpler function sets to prove compatibility, etc.
I would close by saying that we would be happy for you to try the integration again at a later point, once we have updated the functionality, to see if it meets your needs. At present this isn't the case, but we have not claimed otherwise, as we strive to be open and honest. There are a large number of features we could support in the Xero Integration, and we intend to slowly add them, with appropriate testing. It may be that in only a few months we will have a solution that meets your requirements. In the meantime, a number of others have used this tool successfully and happily. I'm sorry you aren't one of them.

I have been dealing with E-Business Guru for around 1 year, Their fantastic team have helped me build a bespoke app which can keep track of my purchase orders and prompt me when to order based on recent sold stats. This app will ensure that i have far fewer out of stock products.
