At Ace Car Parts Limited, We sell Brand New Aftermarket parts for the motor industry, Wing Mirrors, Mirror Glass, Mirror Covers, Headlights, Rear Lights, Fog Lights, Performance Lights, Window Regultors to name a few, we were using Turbo Lister for all our eBay listings and got to a stage where we had out grown this and managing stock and daily listings was becoming a bind.

We had done our research and were recommended to look at using Linnworks to manage our eBay store, Shipping and stock control for us.

There were some initial teething problems in getting the system to work exactly how we need it to, but eBusiness Guru helped us through these every step of the way and we are now happily using the system to run our AutoParts Business controlling our stock of over 20,000 products from multiple suppliers at a click of a button.

We are that happy with the service provided by eBusiness Guru on the Linnworks implementation, we have since had then design our eBay store and have now instructed them to design and build our brand new site.

I have been with the company from more than 2 years now and have to admit the fact that the business guru customer support is among the best I have ever experienced. I am almost always amassed that who ever I speak with on the phone (If ever I'm having a problem with my linnworks account) always knows exactly how things work. This might be nothing special for others but I've had bad experiences with many other customer support staff. Lol. Also, very little waiting time and all with their helpline.
Also, the help/training provided by business guru and my account managers HE HAS and IMRAN, at the time of set-up and till date is extraordinary. 100%recommended !
