A reliable, knowledgeable and friendly service provider. We have been using Ebusiness Guru for a number of years and have been very pleased with the support services they offer. We went to eBusiness Guru with a challenge, a challenge they truly conquered.
Having made it through a very uncomfortable business split, we found ourselves with little knowledge of selling online. When we explained our situation to eBusiness Guru, they were, to our amazement, up for the challenge. I explained my budget, time frames and constraints. I was stunned - They stepped forward as everybody else stepped back. They were sympathetic to our situation, and proved to be the one crutch we needed to pull ourselves back online.
Their level of service has been incredibly high from the start to the finish of the project. The attention to detail shown by all members of their team is unbelievable. The think tanks I especially like, when literally all members of staff from all over the world look, listen, dissect, assemble, reevaluate, monitor, amend and track to ensure what they say will happen, does actually happen.
We discussed six monthly targets - They flew past them after only three months. This in itself gave me the confidence to invest more money into my business with such a safe and trusted partner.
What started as a simple website is now in its third stage of changes, to make it untouchable to others within my industry. We have undertaken email campaigns, SMS campaigns, implemented Linnworks - The list just goes on.
I honestly could talk about these guys all day and the fantastic work they do.
I will leave you all with the answer to the horrendous question of ‘But can you deliver if I spend the money’.
The simple answer with eBusiness Guru is yes, I think they should change their slogan to ‘The more you spend with us, the more we guarantee we will deliver’
And World Wide Displays is testament of that.
