Lovely chair, very comfy and very stylish. I am pleased!

Great looking mirror. Swift delivery and will buy again from them. Mirror turned out to be a bit small for where I initially wanted it but looked even better in the alternative space.

Very sad to say but try and avoid this site! After queries and discussion about certain product, we were happy to place an order. We used opportunity and Black Friday deal, paid and received the conformation email. However the following day we’ve received an email via PayPal to say that we’ve been refunded and our order has been cancelled without any explanation, without contacting us first.
After I reached out to Eclectic Niche, I’ve been told it’s been an online glitch! Now, the stools that I’ve chosen was double the price on their site. How is that possible?
By choosing this company, I missed out on a good deal elsewhere and it will cost me £££ more.
Very misleading and mistrusting experience. Please be wary of Eclectic Niche.

Very impressed with the help and efficiency of this firm and I received my console table ahead of time and am very happy with it.
I thoroughly recommend this company!

As per other reviews, I had to wait 5 months for my chair. An update would have been useful. Also, my fault for not noticing, but the office chair doesn't come with castors which makes manouevering it under my desk a bit tricky. But it's very comfy and looks great!

The chair is absolutely beautiful but was delivered long after it was promised. Then the delivery company damaged our property and three weeks later I am trying to get compensation.

Interesting that you have asked for a review of a product that I have not yet received! In your defence you did tell me of the likely delay. You collected my money very efficiently.

Two Beautiful side tables delivered when promised. These tables are of great quality and compliment our room perfectly. Great service would recommend.

Absolutely stunning mirror and amazing customer service.

I ordered a very large mirror from Eclectic Niche but unfortunately it came damaged. After I had emailed customer services pictures of the damage, a new one was promptly ordered, and although I'd expected a long lead time for the replacement, it soon arrived and in perfect condition.
Would have been nice to speak to someone on the phone rather than having to wait for a response to an email (but maybe that's my age!), would definitely use Eclectic Niche again.

Very poor communication from this company. I ordered a floor lamp and only found out it was out of stock after I contacted them. I was then asked if I was willing to wait for restock in a few weeks, I said I would wait. The restock date passed and I hadn’t received anymore correspondence so I contacted them again to be told the restock date was put back another 5weeks. I asked for a refund which was processed immediately. Just disappointed with the lack of communication to get basic information.

Great price and really pleased with the product. Also fantastic customer service from start to finish, including checking that I had received my delivery. The personal touch makes a huge difference.

Beautiful coffee and side tables by gallery direct. Although dispatch was late due to the current COVID situation, the communication has been very good. Great products that were packaged very well.
