Brilliantly smooth purchase, highly recommend for online shopping
Brilliantly smooth purchase. I discovered this company on a Google Shopping search for a Babyzen Yoyo buggy and colour bundle and it arrived very quickly given we had a bank holiday Monday. I ordered on Sunday, dispatched on Tuesday, first day back, and it's with me by Thursday! Pricing is the best around too, so I cannot complain at all! Very happy with the website purchase experience and follow-up emails to let me know when it was dispatched and with tracking details so I could keep an eye on Parcel Force when they would deliver.
All in all, I'll favourite this company and have it on my shortlist for purchasing anything baby/kid related.

Best experience
We had an amazing experience today with Judith. She gave us a really in depth demo of the pram bundle we were interested in and gave us very useful advice on all the products. We now feel very confident on the things that would be best for our baby. I can't recommend this shop highly enough and we will be making all our big purchases from there.

Eclipse was great
Eclipse was great. The staff member we spoke to, Judith, was wonderful. So friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, without being overbearing or intrusive. She really made the shopping experience so much more pleasant, especially as expectant parents for the first time who didn’t know what was what. Excellent service all around.

Fantastic local business!
The whole Eclipse team Lisburn were amazing in helping us to decide the best travel system for us. They are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and stock a wide range of brands so there will be something for everyone who shops there. In comparison to the other pram shops we had visited while we were deciding (including Mama & Papas, Tony Kealys, Samuel Johnstons and others), we both felt that Eclipse were the best at showing their range of products to us, without necessarily trying to push for any particular brand over another. We would definitely shop with Eclipse again and would highly recommend visiting them in store or online to see for yourself!

Highly recommended for first time parents
Been in 3 times to pick all we need for our new arrival. As a first time parent the many options and functions of prams etc. can seem overwhelming, in eclipse they will happily spend an hour with you. Also no pressure on you at all to buy today or push unnecessary extras . Happy to say I will be back again. The helpful staff are happy demonstrate the pram and fit our carseat.Well worth a visit, parking always available in the underground and great location. Thanks to all the team.

My husband and I visited the Lisburn…
My husband and I visited the Lisburn store after many recommendations and immediately could tell why. All the girls were so warm and welcoming and made it a lovely experience. Lauren was fantastic; her extensive knowledge of every pram and car seat was faultless. She listened to our needs and demonstrated all options that would suit us. We were so impressed with our visit that we decided to make our first big purchase for our up-coming new arrival. The 3 ladies in store were so lovely, put us at ease and we left feeling informed as well as excited! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back for further purchases!

Great experience from start to finish. Extremely efficient when arranging collection. On the day of collection Lisa and Lauren were fantastic. Everything was ready and helped me to fit the isofix into my car and explained everything perfectly. I asked them to go over how the pram and different attachments worked. A 5 star service

Great store
The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We went back to the store 3 times before deciding on a purchase and each time we were impressed with the demonstrations and knowledge that were displayed.
A special thank you to Keelynn who helped us on our 2 last visits to help us finalise our decision on a pram. She also helped us test out the pram in our car boots to ensure an appropriate fit before purchasing, which was invaluable reassurance.
We found that the prices were competitive especially considering the quality of the employees knowledge.
