Lisburn Store
We went into the Lisburn store and had Judith and the girls help us out with buying our first pram. They couldn’t have been anymore helpful! Judith went through everything and showed us how the pram worked. She told us everything we needed to know. Really lovely experience and couldn’t have been more attentive! Fantastic Store for Everything
Went to eclipse at the weekend and spoke with Judith, she was very knowledgeable and put our mind at ease that they only sell good quality items. Came back two days later to place our order after having time to measure and sleep on it. Spoke with Lisa who happily went through every detail with us again and even made sure the pram squeeze into our small boot. The girls are very complimentary of the owner and they are very helpful which being first time parents this has filled us with confidence we are buying from the best. They do a great premium bundle package too!

Great help and advice choosing our pram. We came to look at prams over several visits and staff in store were happy to take time and patience showing us the different options until we were happy to make a choice. 5stars!

Simply excellent! Literally don't know how to explain how brilliant this store and online customer experience is. Searched everywhere for Baby YOYO online. Most were 1 plus months delivery to NI plus an extra charge. Found it on Eclipse and delivery for free within 2-4 days. I then called a local store who answered within two rings and again so helpful. Cannot say thank you enough.

Great experience in Lisburn store
We visited the Lisburn store today and had a great experience. Judith was very informative and patient and showed us models that fit in with what we needed. It seemed a daunting task to pick the pram, but Judith made it very straightforward.

Highly recommend visiting!
Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Judith was great. All the staff really take the time to take you through all models available, trying to advise based on your needs and make you feel a lot more at ease with the process of buying, especially as a first time Mum when the choice can be so overwhelming! Would highly recommend to anyone.
