5 star Experience
Have had such a great experience with Eclipse Nursery Store in Ballymena.
1st went in at the end of last year just to have a look as I am having my baby this year and was amazed by the knowledge and help we received. I ended up going with the iCandy Peach 7 Bundle as this is my 1st and need literally everything. Lynsey and Rhonda have been so helpful with getting everything I needed and when it came to getting it all they even assembled my pram for me. Could not recommend them enough!

5 star service and knowledge
Amazing service by Judith and the Team when we visited the Lisburn store to purchase a pram bundle for our new arrival. Judith was so knowledgable adapting the pram to our lifestyle with in-depth demonstrations of various models. We were struggling to decide which to buy but in the end she made our decision so much easier!

Extremely helpful and knowledge to burn...
We thought we were sorted with a supplier for our baby stuff before visiting Eclipse. How wrong we were.
Lady who served us on our first trip was so knowledgeable and helpful that following some excel work to compare packages we decided to revisit Eclipse. Another lady served us but again was so helpful and guided us to the perfect package at a great price. The lady endured many questions, pricing scenarios and even checked another store to optimise what we bought.
Couldn't recommend more highly!

So glad I used the eclipse nursery store
I do not often write reviews but i was so impressed with the service. I ordered a new car seat from the eclipse nursery store and within an hour it had been dispatched. The car seat was the newer sirona model, the z2 i size. We planned to use the cybex z base as our baby had outgrown the cloud z seat. The seat arrived earlier than expected.
However on installing the z2 seat on the z base we were completely stumped as to how to rotate the seat as the buttons were under the wider seat. I tried to contact cybex and filled in an online form but in desperation I suddenly thought to ring the eclipse nursery store. I'm so glad I did. I phoned the Lisburn Northern Ireland store and Lisa was so helpful she knew exactly what I meant and sorted the issue within seconds. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this store again. Thank you very much we made it to soft play!
