Good customer service
Update: Pat in customer service was very helpful throughout and the order eventually arrived after being affected by strikes.
Original review: After a week my order is still in Northern Ireland at a delivery office and shows no signs of movement towards London.

Judith! How incredible she is! My husband and I walked into the store today not knowing a thing, or where to start. Egg 1 tandem adapters
One of the only places I could still get an egg tandem adaptor for the egg1, with no price hike. Thankyou so much. People are selling for much more on eBay and second hand, and it was great to find a company that didn't use that to their advantage, especially when most retailers don't stock this item anymore.

First class customer service!
Judith made our first experience with Eclipse so straight forward and enjoyable! Today we purchased our pram and car seat bundle - the staff are so knowledgeable about all the products which was so helpful to us as first time parents.
