Certainly competent and friendly but cancelled installation the day before scaffolding and appear to have ceased trading.

Director has resigned from one business but not another with very similar name - check Companies House.

Updates promised by email but absolute silence since. As they have not officially entered insolvency the insurance backed deposit guarantee is worthless.

Unprofessional shambles.

A really great service done very efficiently and completed on time. The guys doing the installing were great and a pleasure to have here working.
Brad and the team kept me up-to-date on start dates, etc. and the work was completed in two days as originally stated.
I would definitely reccomend Ecobubl - a great team.

We have just had a couple more batteries fitted to our system by Ecobubl. Everything from start to finish went like a dream. It was a pleasure having Spencer doing the installation. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

Brad and the team have been really professional, responsive and supportive with the whole project. The actual fitting was very organised, neat and clearly the fitters and the roofers knew what they were doing.
Ben & Spencer were very knowledgeable and helped me understand how to integrate this with my MyEnergy EV charger. very pleased with the install and great to see the electric being generated straight away. I was pleased to give my business to a local company who were competitive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others and plan to do so with my neighbours and my employer

Brad was quite outstanding in delivery of service and efficiency. Arrived on time and did not charge for coming here. He had the matter sorted in half an hour and I would highly recommend this company going forward for anything to do with solar systems: they are based in Warminster

I had my Solar system put in just over 2 months ago by Ecobubl and am very pleased with it!
I started thinking about solars when there was a Solar together initiative by my local council, I wanted another opinion, quote & also finding out that their business was many counties away, I searched & found Ecobubl being a local company to me and was most impressed with their Trustpilot reviews! Sarah on the initial phone call was really lovely, then Brad came to do a free site survey. Brad was great and explained everything. (This company is not pushy at all, unlike the other.)
I then chose for the work to go ahead. It was a little bit more expensive than the council scheme, however, its local to me (although they do travel further & I just would prefer to choose local businesses), they are very personable, there was more solar panels, higher speck in all Solars, inverter & Battery and their Batteries are supported by Octopus energy which atm is one of the best tariffs for green energy. Win, win, win!
The installation from start to finish was great. Good communication beforehand & work completed in the timescale. The scaffolders plus the team who installed the actual solars on the roof were efficient and cleared up after. Ben & Spencer were a great team installing the rest. I didn’t have enough room in my fuse board for this installation so Brad found another place, out of the way for it to go. Ben built a great cupboard for the battery and inverter outside and also talked me through the app before leaving. I have since had a few questions following install & found nothing is too much trouble. I have already recommended Ecobubl to friends and neighbours. Thank you Ecobubl!!

My wife and I had discussed the idea a couple of years ago but redundancy dictated otherwise. Then 4 weeks ago the idea cropped up again. So we started research as we knew nothing about it. We contacted some national companies (Octopus, Egg and the like). One said a system couldn't be fitted without our intervention before their engineers arrived. Another was quite sales pushy. My wife found Ecobubl and one thing led to another and Brad came around for a site assessment. We discussed very informally why we were pursuing it and what we wanted from the system. I then showed Brad around the house and the peculiarities of our house and garage. Then it got serious when the laser came out to measure the roof. Everyone should have one of these in their tool box!. Brad said it was achievable without any negativity when I told him what the National installers had said to me. A quote followed so we could see the numbers and we were quite surprised compared to the National installers with supposedly bigger buying power. Ecobubl brought those expectations into check. We were very pleased and chose to go with Ecobubl, supporting local business that coincidentally are local to us. Luckily for us, someone prior to us had delayed their installation, and we were offered their slot. We jumped at the chance, we hadn't come this far to mess anybody about!. A G99 application was put in which "can" take a couple of weeks. Brad had done all the paperwork for us and it took 1 day. So with a approval paperwork/Scaffolding booked (all done by Brad) and a date fixed things started to happen.

Scaffolding came and a day later I was intoduced to Ben/Spencer & Nathan. These guys were brilliant in every sence. They turned up each of the 3 days before 8am and worked through the day only stopping for lunch. Other trades could learn alot from these guys, they're a credit to Ecobubl. I was kept informed by them on the progress and when power would switch over. Lastly the handover to explain the equipment and what does what. Ben answered all my questions and I took notes but the Givenergy App is easy to pick up and interpret.

Lastly the 3 guys cleaned up behind them and Brad then gave instruction for the Scaffolding to be disassembled.

Brad has answered all my questions that I needed to know after Ben had left. There was no air of being bothered with what are probably repeat new customer questions.

To summarise I cannot recommend Ecobubl and the team that we interacted with (Brad, Ben, Sarah & Nath) enough. They are a credit to Ecobubl. I haven't got anything negative to say about the journey that now has us part of the Solar & Battery pioneers. Regarding the actual transfer, it's met our expectations 100% and feel very proud we not paying for electric anymore!.

Great team who deliver great quality installs! proud to have worked with them on a number of projects, would always recommend Sarah, Emilie & the wider EcoBubl team to absolutely any business owner, or homeowner deciding on who to choose for their solar PV & battery installs.

It's no longer an "if" you're going to go greener, it's a "when"!!

After getting a quote for solar panels and a battery from several other companies (including Octopus) I decided to go with Ecobubl because they not only took the time to come and do a really useful site visit first, but because Brad and his team demonstrated a complete understanding of what needed to be done and were able to provide us with a system that will give us the very best from our investment.

The team of Ben and Spencer doing the electrics and the roofers Andy and Nathan with Brad managing were all friendly, polite and obviously experts at their jobs. They kept me informed of what they were doing at all times and answered all my questions, doing a really useful handover and app demo after the work was complete.

Installing solar panels and a Tesla 3 battery was a big investment but I really do feel I got a good deal and the best possible, professional installation with these guys.

Solar panels and battery installed 18 months ago. Worked perfectly since then. Changed my wifi details which resulted in the app on my phone not recording the system's activity. Within 2 days Brad Whitham (Ecobubl contracts manager) had visited, performed the necessary update, ensured the system was working as intended, and provided useful information and advice. Excellent service from this company!

I recently upgraded my solar system with a Givenergy battery through Ecobubl Limited, and I was very impressed with their service. They attended when they said (scaffolding was a day late, but came on a Saturday), were quiet, efficient, friendly and tidy. Post-installation they have been helpful and have set up the battery to suit the tariff we are now on.

Ecobubl were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire journey. The service was exemplary from initial telephone discussion, through to the site visit, the installation and aftercare. We always felt that we could trust Ecobubl to look after us and this was exemplified by the excellent service provided when we had an issue post installation (no fault of Ecobubl's). We were recommended Ecobubl by our neighbour and when Brad and his team visited it was immediately evident that they knew what they were talking about. We went for the top of the range option (we wanted a Tesla in the garage). The installation was efficient and tidy. We were grateful to Brad, who when setting up the system had problems with our wi-fi. He persevered and we are very happy with the outcome.

I am dellighted with Ecobubl. I am especially pleased with the customer service I get from Brad. He is unfailing friendly and willing to explain the set up of my new battery - more than once! - and he has patiently helped me choose the right tariff from my energy supplier. Brad goes out of his way to make sure I am happy with my battery and that I can read the 'dashboard' with confidence - and that I am on the right tariff!
