Every person involved was really nice and helpful. I never had to chase anyone and they explained everything really clearly and were happy to answer my endless questions. I had an issue with our zappi charger which was no fault of theirs but they were more than happy to help us fix it. I highly recommend them. Everything was does quickly and seamlessly.

Ecobubl installed solar panels and a battery. It was a smooth and quick process from start to finish, the staff are all very friendly and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Ecobubl was not the first company we approached. But it was the last. The reason we didn’t look any further was a combination of competitive pricing but, more importantly for us, the levels of customer service, genuine interest in our needs and responsiveness to our numerous requests. From the initial contact with sales staff right through to the team of fitters, Ecobubl provided a friendly and efficient service. Yes, there were a few administrative hiccups during the quotation phase which saw some elements omitted from the quotes, but this did not detract from the overall experience with Ecobubl, which we rate as outstanding. Particularly pleasing for us was the level of after sales service which continued after installation when we had a raft of questions, all of which were answered promptly without leaving us feeling foolish including a follow up visit a week after installation to ensure we were happy. It’s this level of customer engagement which stands Ecobubl out from the crowd. Courteous, polite, efficient and very reasonable costs all combine to leave us super-satisfied with Ecobubl. Highly recommended.

I have to say from start to finish these guys were excellent. Brad and Sarah from the outset giving me advise and options for my house. The quote was competitive and emails and comms very good. The delivery dates were met, thank you to the driver who was brilliant at putting all the items into my garage. The scaffold guys, not ecobubl employees, but work with this team, were neat tidy and did a great job. The installation was completed over 3 days, split up a bit due to other commitments but all communicated well in advance. The electrician , Ben was a joy, great , tidy work and very helpful to me in my own set up. A small bit still to do re wifi but I am sure that will be sorted soon when they pop in my EV charger. Totally recommended, without hesitation..

I had solar and air souce heat pump with air heater/ cooler units installed. It was really well organised by Brad and Martin and was completed satisfactorilly within 2 days. Being new to this new technology, I have been given helpful advice to guide me onto and along this eco journey. Thoroughly recommended is a phrase I rarely use these days, and I am pleased to say it here. Thank you Ecobuble.

I've had solar since 2012 and a good deal of the solar power produced was being wasted and exported to the grid. Solar batteries being in short supply Ecobubl ordered a 9.5 KWhr Givenergy battery and inverter for us and Brad (contracts manager) applied for the system to be connected with the local DNO. The system was fitted very efficiently a few weeks ago by Mervyn, the engineer and the go ahead received from the DNO on 15th May. Since then the system has worked very effectively and we have used practically no power from the grid. I reckon it'll save us £70 - £80 per month as things go, more in the summer. Consider Ecobubl if you are looking for this. The service is excellent and Givenergy equipment looks and feels very high quality as well as working very well.

The whole process from the initial consultation and subsequent quotation through to installation was seamless. A great company to work with. They were most helpful during the design period and their info was clear and concise. The installers, Mervyn and Ben were excellent as were the roofers that fitted the panels. The whole system was done in less than 2 days and it looks like a very smart and tidy job has been done. I would thoroughly recommend them as a company to help design and install a PV and battery system. I understand that they also deal with Air and Ground Source Heat Pumps and EV chargers.
