Two separate orders. Both completed on schedule. During the first visit they even repaired our 5-lock front door which wouldn't open. The salesman later visited to test the windows. The old glass windows were taken away. No mess.

Really good workmen. Tidied and left all in good order. I have spent a good deal of money with this company. But I am well satisfied with the results.

I have had a few orders done by this company and they have all left me happy. The latest was clearing my roof of thick moss and applying a waterproof, fungicide to prevent regrowth, it looks like a brand new roof now. I had coating put on the walls as well and new dry verge. All the workmen were efficient and left everything clean and tidy.

Great service, the window refurbishment was done quickly and we have no complaints. So nice to have clear windows again.

I received a call from Eco Haus Solutions about potential “funding” for replacement windows. As this sounded interesting, I decided to phone the company myself to ask a few basic questions before considering anything further.

I asked who administers the funding scheme they mentioned. I was told it was “private funding”, which seemed unclear, so I politely asked who actually runs or oversees the scheme.

At that point, the person I was speaking to abruptly hung up the phone.

I found this quite surprising and unprofessional, as I was simply asking reasonable questions to understand the offer. Any genuine funding or grant scheme should be easy for a company to explain.

Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone contacted about “funding” asks detailed questions and makes sure they fully understand what is being offered before agreeing to anything.

The gentleman who replaced the glass was very efficient, and tidy

The way everything fell into place so quickly and efficiently. The finish of the windows and door lokks good. I would recommend thos company to anyone who requires a good finish on their purchase. Thank you once again for a brilliant job.

The fitters arrived on time, very polite and just got on with the job. Had new replacement windows, new french door and new front door. One of the replacement windows had a scratch in it, they ordered a new one and was fitted the following week.

Great fitter on his own but got it sorted fab all around

The femqle salesperson was very chqtty and not pushy. The surveyor was efficient and friendly. The technical surveyor was much the same and the fitter was very professional and very quick. all the faulty windows and the gutter downpipe were replaced in good order and quickly. I cannot fault any of them.

Work carried out at a high standard. The window fitter was very professional, friendly and tidy. Very satisfied.

New door frame made oversize resulting in a weeks installation delay.

Explained process and proposals beforehand and team then executed the work to a high standard including renewing window seals and explaining process .
Everything tidied and cleared away afterwards hence 5 stars . Would definitely recommend .

I have been so pleased with my windows have noticed the difference of the warmth it keeps in my rooms so I dont have to put my heat on so much, l have been so pleased with the workmen who have been to my property very polite and pleasant so I have had the company come back twice more thank you for being so helpful l am very pleased and would recommend the firm to any of my friends

This company did all it said it would do.workmen arrived on time, very polite clean workers got on with the job cleaned up after finishing ,nothing to much trouble would recomend to any body very satified wih all round job.
