Online Awesome - Delivery disappointing

The process online was easy and the website informative. The option to pick delivery was awesome, EXCEPT that didn't mean anything. I selected the 10-2pm window and rearranged work to be here. The delivery arrived at 5.45pm. No updates and took me making phone calls and chase ups to find anything out.

Very happy customer

Excellent delivery time-received it the next day after ordering. Clear communication from start to finish. Driver was just lovely and a late delivery to make sure I received it as promised. Tables are beautiful and fantastic quality

Hopeless

Hopeless. Never, ever buy from Ecosa.

I purchased an Ecosa pure mattress and breeze storage bed (over 2K). They use a third party (Moving with Sam) for their deliveries and assembly.

On day of delivery, moving with Sam messages to say they’ll arrive at 9.15, despite Ecosa’s stated delivery window starting at 10am. I tell them there is no one at the house till 10am. They move the window to 4pm.

Moving with Sam arrives at 4.30pm, with the employee searching around the truck for my things. He brings them inside and says he’s leaving. I tell him I’ve paid for assembly. Moving with Sam calls and says they didn’t record assembly and they can’t do it today (despite it still being business hours).

I hire another person that night (at my expense) to do the assembly. They unpack and assemble all the pieces and realise they didn’t pack the bed head. I now don’t have a bed for the next few days.

This is a terrible company. Their website makes out that they are customer focused, but there is no accountability.

Never, ever buy from Ecosa.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE - Customer service is shocking. I purchased a new bed, mattress, bedside tables and Bed linen.

A chat support advised I would be receiving the bed and linen at the same time. As it was a larger bed I needed the linen to use it.

The day of delivery for the bed I was advised the linen wasn't arriving for another few days. I was told the information provided was incorrect by the chat agent. I then requested a refund as I had to go buy bed linen instead.

The bed then arrived with one truck driver, and I had to assist in getting everything out. Once we finished unblocking. The bed had missing parts. They provided us with 2 bed heads and no side pieces and boards.

I contacted support and was told on the phone that the missing parts have been organised for re-delivery the following day.
I have just contacted support again, they have advised it wont be coming today as the missing parts order is still pending.

I have been lied to by multiple staff. taken time off work and organise others to be home for the deliveries.

I am still without the missing peices and the refund for the items cancelled is yet to be processed.
I strongly advise anyone from purchasing products from this company as they don't care.

Would never use this company again

Would never use this company again. When we purchased mattress we were told to pick a delivery date. Delivery never arrived on the day and we were then told it can take 3-10 business days! Why wasn’t this mentioned to us in store and why ask us to pick a date.
We have been told our delivery which is with Allied Express has been coming on another 2 occasions and it hasn’t turned up. Despite confirmation by the courier and Ecosa, so I have to ask who is telling lies. We are getting on in years and are now trying to sleep on chairs because we have no mattress, the old one was taken away the day the new one should have arrived.
Never will I recommend either Ecosa or Allied Express to anyone.

Not delivered in time allocated on…

Not delivered in time allocated on Website at time or ordering. Called 3 times to follow up and nothing was followed up. Said an email had been sent when it hadn’t. No one really cared, don’t offer a 4 hour window for deliver before purchase if cant fulfill. This was the reason I chose this company. Failed to deliver the service offered pre purchase. Be wary

intuitive assembly and customer friendly experience

Incredibly prompt delivery and communications. I was able to assemble the entire bed base without using the instructions it was so intuitive. Love that I’ll only be waiting a few hours for the mattress to inflate rather than 24-48 like other mattresses.
