UPDATE: I contacted them as they told me but no one answered so there will be no compensation. Theis answer was for the eyes of the next customers to believe that they are good apparently.
I didn't receive any confirmation email the next day of the order, with some info on when it would be shipped. Then, I asked to change one of the 2 products, but this was denied although it hadn't been shipped yet. I also had to send several times an email to ask when it would be shipped and if we could change the one product.

Hi, As you live in an area where UPS are not able to ship directly to, we needed to re-route your package via Sweden.
When you emailed us and wanted to change items, your package had already left our warehouse in Poland and were on its way to Sweden where the package were re-routed, therefore it were not possible to change the items.
This was also explained to you by email.

I have generally been satisfied, which is why I ordered twice from ECO supplements. They are honest, price-competitive, to-the-point and efficient, even though the first time there is a tiny delay. The fact that I can order across Europe with free delivery of over 100 euros is important to me. The fact that it's a small business is definitely a plus. I would order from them again.
