I dealt with Paul Anderson and working professionally in a mobile photo and video production vechile, reliability and customer support was very important. Paul has been great. He always remembers who I am when I call for advise etc. I'm very pleased with the batteries batteries hes supplied, especially as they're guaranteed for about twice the number of discharge cycles as so over the other units I've come across.

This company deserves to do well. Delivered my battery on time, contacted me by phone on a delivery query and answered a function query by immediate return of (relevant!) email. I had almost forgotten such service existed!!

Our experience at Ecotree Lithium was a great experience they fitted the complete package 320AH Lithium battery, smart shunt. DC to DC charger,Solar Charger, Inverter, plus an additional Solar panel, all tucked away neatly in place with no obvious signs they had been there, and when it came to pay no big unexpected surprises either,
We can now go off grid without worrying about battery issues,

Having seen and read various reviews of the company on YouTube and Google I decided on EcoTree for the lithium installation in my campervan. This decision was made all the easier by owner Rob’s email and telephone correspondence prior to booking the van in. Rob couldn’t have been friendlier and any more patient with me, never failing to answer all the queries and questions I had about lithium vs. AGM batteries in general. He also went above and beyond by doing something few people bother to do anymore - picking up the phone and having a conversation about how things work. He didn’t need to do a hard sell - the more I spoke with him the more I instinctively felt his was the company to go with. The night before the work was to be done my wife and I were given free parking at Rob’s premises, with hook-up and use of facilities. Chris did the installation the following day and was keen and gave lots of attention to detail. Although I was unsure whether or not to have an additional DC to DC charger Rob and Chris didn’t try to sell me something I may not need, advising me to wait and see. Having lived with the new kit for a month or so I noticed an anomaly with the way the smart alternator worked in conjunction with the new setup. Although I was concerned about this both Rob & Chris went out of their way to research and investigate with Fiat what the issue might be (my vehicle being a Fiat Ducato 2.3 diesel, 9 speed automatic). I subsequently took the van back to EcoTree to have it completely checked out from top to bottom. I do not believe any issue there may have been was down to the original installation. During the check Rob had a faulty Battery Master (not originally supplied or fitted by EcoTree) replaced completely free of charge. I am very pleased to say that the van is now working as it should do, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the service I have received. It’s easy to see why people go to Rob and EcoTree, as well as his sister company Oak Tree Motorhomes. If I’m ever in the market to sell my motorhome or buy a nearly new one I know who I can contact.

After looking at several YouTube videos on Lithium batteries, one company stood out ECO TREE.
Sometimes there is a lot of hype about a particular company or product in this case both are deserved. For starters the one Lithium 110AH works fine in the place of two lead acid batteries . So looking at weight alone there is a saving, something we needed to think in our home on wheels, the old came in at 52kg the pair and the new Lithium just 13kg.
I also like the longevity of the warranty 6 years and the amount of charges that this Lithium takes.
It might seem extra cost but with six year warranty it's a good investment.
Now onto the company ECO TREE I had a long chat with a salesman explaining about Lithium against lead acid and decided to order. Less than to days later it arrived very quick and comprehensive service Well done ECO TREE.

Went to Ecotree for my 3 Lithium Batteries after watching Youtube Channels,who have used these Batteries and highly rated them, so I thought Their recommendation as got to be good.

The service of the whole team at Ecotree especially Rob and Paul is second to none. From start to finish they are the best. If they say they are going to do something it’s done and if they say they’ll call you back they always did.

Probably the best Company I’ve ever dealt with.

Just bought one of the larger batteries, which was on back order, Paul kept me informed all the way. The battery was delayed with the courier who where a pain in the A, Paul chased this up all the way and kept me informed at every turn and even offered to drive a new battery to my address personally.
When I say the extra mile, try a marathon. 11/10 Ecotree, the mark of a top company is when it goes wrong and what they do to resolve it even when its not their fault.

Decided to go for lithium batteries and had a few questions. Rob and his colleagues at Ecotree couldn’t be more helpful, they talked me through everything. The battery’s behaving as I hoped it would. Great service and expertise.

I can't rate Ecotree Lithium highly enough. I've been wanting to get hold of a small lightweight 12V LFP battery for a few months when I came across Ecotree completely by accident when performing a search. Like a lot of people I've tried a few cheapy brands on the market but haven't been completely satisfied with the performance of the batteries so I decided to order the 12V 12Ah which seemed perfect to use with a Victron Phoenix 250W inverter powering my Surface Go2 and external hard drive when out and about as this would give me the flexability to run my radio gear at full power outdoors during the summer months. Paul at Ecotree emailed a day after placing the order informing me the 12Ah wasn't in stock so I decided to go for the 24Ah which has actually worked out better as I can easily hook up my 10 AWG ring terminals to Anderson Powerpole 45A cable without it working loose. Paul has gone the extra mile and personally delivered the battery to me this afternoon which was a pleasant surprise and so far I've been seriously impressed by the performance I've pushed 18A through the battery with my radio gear with no low voltage warnings from the radio and the casing has remained completely cool to the touch. The M5 terminals are heavy duty and so won't fail in a hurry like most of the off brand stuff out there. My SG2 and HDD pull around 40W through the Victron as the external drive runs Windows 11 Pro and again the battery has handled this much lighter load completely fine. As this uses standard lead acid casing its very easy to move around and is slightly lighter than I was expecting. I love the fact that Ecotree make available the complete detailed battery specs on their website with all the UN 38.3 certification numbers etc in a very easy to read format. Its good to see a local British company producing their own batteries and backing them with a 6 year warrantee now if that doesn't show confidence in the product I don't know what does. The battery came with a small pack of insulated M5 screws which were completely brand new which you won't find with off brand batteries plus there were a couple of plastic terminal insulaters so I'm more than impressed. From what I'm seeing so far I have no doubt the BMS can handle higher current draw but the max I'll be pulling is around the 18A mark so I can't rate Ecotree Lithium highly enough ordering online is quick and simple and the level of customer service is truely outstanding so thank you Ecotree.

I purchased 2 x 110ah batteries from eco tree lithium, the service provided by Paul Anderson was excellent and very customer focused I would highly recommend this company. The product speaks for it self highly recommend and with a longer warranty than other companies may offer.

The whole process was smooth. Rob and the team took the time to go through what I needed for my T5 Campervan and double checked again when I dropped the vehicle off. Upon collection, they showed me what had been fitted and how it had been set up and made sure I was happy with everything. The Battery and Solar has been performing brilliantly, I have no worries about power when I am out on the road which is perfect as I work remotely. Thank you guys!

Hi bought an extra big Lithium. About 2.5 normal size and likely equivalent of 5 lead acid. Plus I can run them to zero but never anywhere near there. Almost full power all the time with only slight dips.
Was slightly more expense but well worth it for constant power and peace of mind. A Best Buy and in just under 2 years going as strong as ever

I've had my Ecotree lithium batteries for a year now, tested them to the max and i'm still amazed at how good they really are in my motorhome.

I travel full time and work on youtube so powering everything is a must and they have never skipped a beat. I no longer have power anxiety or worry am I going to have enough power.

Rob and the team at Ecotree are solid, they know their stuff and honestly if you have any questions, like I did, just ask them. They are happy to help and build a system that is catered to your exact needs.

EcoTree provided us with an amazing service. We required quite a lot doing to our motorhome and Rob spent a long time discussing the possibilities with us and our options. We took our van to them, and they did a really fantastic job on fitting solar plus batteries.
