Very impressed with Alpha Batteries... I created my Trustpilot account originally because I needed to complain about businesses that had let me down. No so with Alpha, whose Customer Service has been nothing short of exemplary.

Staff have been most helpful when dealing with issues that have arisen and resolved problems quickly, making sure the proposed solution was better than anticipated. We need more businesses like Alpha, that take Customer Service seriously - in this case, to another level!

Keep up the excellent work, Alpha - your customers appreciate it!

Few bits missing from my order but a quick call and they sorted out next day delivery of them straight away. Product quality seems good. I would certainly order from Alpha Batteries again and recommend to others.

Used Alpha Batteries on various occasions for my business interests. Have always found them both helpful, and accommodating at all times. However l had reason to use them recently, and found them less than helpful, they were more interested in being condescending rather than helping me with my solution. They ask you to get in touch for help, then insisted on making the conversation as difficult as possible for me. Sorry, but this company is not for me anymore. Their Managing Director did take time out to apologies, however the damage was already done for me by now. Thank you.

Well what can I say? A British company with Service? Extremely good competitive pricing John and Alpha is an absolute star anything you need to know? Don’t hesitate to contact them. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Their service is the best. No extra charges for this and the other for delivery, it was absolutely super Service. I cannot be beaten on price and their Services five star if I could give them six I would if you hesitate you’ll miss out use Alpha batteries that are simply the best thank you very much Alpha batteries.

Alfa were the only supplier that i could find online that ship to Northern Ireland, this is greatly appreciated. Having used Tanya a number of times, they do not now serve N.I. poor show ! Anyway, Alfa prices just as competitive. Polish make Jenox leisure were a great deal. Courier price very good for distance and bulk weight. Would highly recommend Alfa.

I recently had an issue with a Victron charger I'd bought 2.5 years ago. John was incredibly helpful via email and arranged for me to return it. Scott then called to confirm a fault was found and it was replaced next day. Brilliant service and highly recommended

Heavy duty commercial vehicle battery. Alpha have a good choice covering most price points. Website is easy to use. We opted for next day delivery as we needed a replacement battery quickly. Arrived on a pallet carrier (battery weighs 60kgs) at 09.30 the next day. Good value for the spec. Only time will tell how good the battery is. Will use Alpha again

I've just had a full victron off-grid install into my motorhome from alpha batteries. I really couldn't be happier with Peter and Dominic. From the first phone call to the planning and the install, was an absolutely top quality service and great communication though out. They managed to squeeze me in, so I had it installed for my holiday.

I was fortunate enough to obtain professional information for my campervan conversion, and I ordered exactly what was advised. A later stage I needed something in a hurry, it came the following day.

Batteries arrived fully charged and from long distance.I was a bit worried about buying batteries from miles away. I shoujdn't have worried, this company is efficient and trustworthy, excellent value too! With free delivery!

They’re a top notch company had a problem with a battery they picked it up tested it and delivered a new one can’t speak highly enough about them

Ordered a battery on the Saturday and expected delivery the following Wednesday, the battery arrived a few hours later than stated which was fine. Unfortunately, the wrong battery had been sent, I immediately sent an email and the following day I was contacted to say the correct battery would be despatched for next day delivery and the incorrect battery would be collected. The correct battery did arrive as schedule, and a 20% discount along with an apology followed a few days later. Mistakes do sometimes happen and this one was satisfactorily rectified.

I contacted Alpha after my leisure battery, supplied in 2023, developed a fault. They said if testing bshowed it to be faulty they would replace it.
They sent me a prepaid courier label however the battery never arrived with them so they agreed to replace it anyway and the battery arrived the next day.

Outstanding service! My car battery lost charge within the warranty period. The service from Alpha Batteries was excellent. They advised me to purchase a new battery and they would collect the old one. They then tested the old one and promptly refunded me. I wish all companies were this good at fulfilling a warranty pledge! Would definitely recommend!
