It was a few weeks ago that I had an arranged appointment with an engineer to update the system. Delays and cancellation happened 3 times. The engineer was polite and worked well. Explaining what had been done. Few days later panels had stopped producing electricity. Demand from ecovision to get this rectified ASAP. Sent an appointment time 6 weeks ahead. I wasn’t very happy with this as I would not benefit from generated electricity from the panels due to no fault of my own.. I emailed to explain what had happened. I received a reply saying engineer would be with me in 2 weeks. Same engineer as before. Again he was polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem within minutes. No further reoccurrence. Took so long to get the work completed.

Ecovision called a couple of times to arrange an appointment, for various reasons I didn't get around to replying, they were patient and didn't becomes annoyed by my tardiness. Once the appointment was made the engineer, a lovely guy, turned up on the agreed day at the agreed time and competed his work swiftly and efficiently. No complaints whatsoever.

The engineer was very polite and caring, he came in with covered boots and left after completing his job leaving everywhere clean and tidy. The only disappointment is he was going to report i have pidgens roosting under the panels and I have not had a reply from your company ashen someone is coming to stop them Astley are messing on the panels.

Failure to arrange the cleaning of the solar panels, after their guy who changed the meter, said it needed doing, that was nearly a year ago now.
So, the panels are not generating the full amount of energy, that they could do.

Our engineer , John Dewen, kept me informed of his arrival time and actually phoned to see if he could come earlier. He was very thorough and explained why they had to come out, what he’d be doing etc felt very much that he was professional in his work.
