The work I had carried out by Ecovision was a 4G upgrade for my solar panels invertor, so that they could continue to monitor my electricity being produced. The electrician was competent, although the new meter isn't level but that doesn't affect its working, just appearance. Pity I had to have 2 previous appointments cancelled before this one.

First appointment, they simply didn't turn up. No notice. Lame excuse. Second appointment, they didn't have the correct parts. Third appointment was inconvenient, but I wanted the job done just to get it over and done with.

A few issues getting an appointment that was convenient to me but we got there and any queries by email were answered promptly.
Rob the Engineer arrived on time and was polite, efficient and explained what he needed to do, made no mess. I was pleased to get texts and emails telling me he was on his way and he rang to confirm. All in all, very good service!

He talked me through what he was going to do and then took time explaining in more detail when the new meter was fitted. He checked the safety of the inverter in the loft space. I would thoroughly recommend his services. In this day and age it is refreshing that he actually took time to explain things. Top engineer
