They failed to respond to several phone calls and emails. When contact was finaly made and an appointment confirmed, they didnt arrive ron the agreed date.
When an engineer finally came, 6 weeks later, he completed the work satisfactorily

I had a 2nd visit today and was again extremely happy with the service provided by their engineer Tommy.
He checked the appointment was still suitable beforehand, messaged to say he was running 10 mins late due to traffic, worked very hard for several hours and was as friendly, professional and tidy as before.
The office communication has improved as well so if you are thinking of using Ecovision I would now recommend them. Especially if you are able to secure a visit from the same engineer I had.

engineer updated us his arrival time . arrived on time. warned us that the electricity was going off so we could save and shut down our computer. Took slightly lionger than anticipated but overall a good job done

The guy who came to do the visit was fantastic. Give him a pay rise.
The general experience of Ecovision though is very poor. Non existent comms. Clearly just a number in a big system rather than a client.
Solar panels need cleaning. This was acknowledged by the person who visited but he also said its very unlikely it will get done...
If i wasn't forced to stay with you, I would leave

My system failed after updating for weeks. Finally had several alerts from Ecovision for me to reset it, which I did, but still didn't work. After a text and phone calls from me it was switched back on.

I’ve been with this company for at least 16 years now my system as never faulted it sits on the roof quite happily helping me to keep my electricity cost down.
Be even better if I could get a battery storage system fitted to upgrade the system 👍just saying 👍👍

I have requested the panels be cleaned repeatedly for the last two years with no success. They have never been cleaned in 15 years.Customer response to any of my requests is poor with one reply being two years after I asked!!!.
Ecovision have needed to carry out electrical updates in my home for there benefit and I have accommodated them every time.

The last email from Ecovision was the 12th August informing me that an engineer will visit to carry a survey on the 9th October. There was no communication prior to the visit and also after the visit. The engineer told me that a box needs changing and I mentioned the solar panels haven't been serviced and cleaned for more than ten years, he told that he was going to take a picture of the solar panels. If they have received the picture by now, they should have noticed the anti pigeon metallic round the panels which I paid for and I have been trying to claim it back. I am still waiting to hear from them.
