I received all of my items quickly and all are beautiful and soft. I am very happy with my purchase. I did initially only receive part of my order due to a packaging error but after a polite email to Ecualama i was assured by the lovely Nataliya that the issue would be looked into and sorted out. Sure enough within a week the rest of the order arrived with some special bonuses as a thankyou for my patience and understanding of the initial error. All in all my experience was amazing and i plan to purchase more products in future and know that the company will bend over backwards to correct errors if anything doesnt arrive. A1 service!

Not 80% wool guaranteed statement
I bought two blankets, a few hats, and a poncho from this company. As someone who loves and understands wool, I was immediately skeptical of the material. I performed a burn test, and it clearly did not pass—it burned like full synthetic, not wool.
I contacted the company, and they told me the items are 80% wool and 20% acrylic. But based on my experience, I don’t believe that’s accurate. One of the blankets was accidentally machine washed and dried—no shrinkage at all. I also spilled bleach on the poncho, and the spot bleached completely. Real wool, which is essentially hair, does not bleach like that.
I still use the items, but I know I’m wearing something that feels more like acrylic than a wool blend. I won’t be purchasing from this company again. Their product description feels misleading, and others should be aware

The Box arrived sooner than expected
The Box arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately customs got a hold of the box and opened it as well as opening the plastic protective wrap around the ponchos. The ponchos we safe but the messed up the bag of eucalyptus leaves that were included in the box. Everything smells likes the leaves. Thankfully though the ponchos were safe and undamaged! They are very soft and look exactly as advertised
