Hello, I was pretty disappointed this time. Although 95% of my experience has been fine, I was not happy this past experience. These awards are a representation of someone's hard work and or dedication and when we honor them we'd like for it to reflect in the the presenting plaque/product. I was just surprised that there was no desire to assist to correct it. Very unlike the service I've received within the past 18+ years.

Working with Solange was a pleasure. She responded in a timely manner and helped with all the accomodations for out order.

From the time of order until received had excellent service. When I received the item the craftmanship was great. All and All a great experience.
