We have been very happy with the support we have received from Leah at Ed Davey. She's responded promptly to email and managed to save us a lot of money that we couldn't have done without her. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to remortgage.

Speaking to the mortgage broker our estate agent recommended left us feeling like just another number, and no better informed on what was a huge and brand new process to myself & my partner.

Ed was recommended to us by a friend, so we took a shot and sent through an email. The experience from there can only be described as some of the best customer service, advice, care, expertise, and hands on work we've ever experienced!

It was honestly such a breath of fresh air to be spoken to in the way that both Ed and Leah, who was handling our case, did. The pure transparency, honestly and trustworthiness all come through whenever we speak to either of them! They're not gatekeepers of knowledge or information, and instead want to help educate & uplift you as their client.

Communicating only over the phone & email and never meeting to face to face can be hard sometimes, especially with something as big as choosing and applying for a mortgage, but Ed & Leah specifically have made it such an easy to follow and understand process.

They talk about wanting to do right by their clients and putting them first and we wholeheartedly believe it!
I think in them we've found the only mortgage brokers we'll use going forward, so I hope they continue to do what they do for a long time!

Ed has been amazing from start to finish. He's been advising us based on our situation and thanks to him, we knew to wait before we started to look for a house to buy. He kept in touch for months while we waited for myself to have been employed for a year at my job and when the time was right, we started to look into selling and buying with my partner. We got in touch in mid-2023 and will be completing in exactly a week. Saved us on worrying, he got us the best deal for our situation, and as a bonus, he was an amazing person. Always available, although we wish he would take a day off sometimes for his own good. Money definitely well spent. He knows what he is talking about. He will get you set up so fast you won't have to worry about mortgages in principle or the paperwork. 100/100!

Working with Ed is like having your best mate cheer you on until the end of the mortgage process. He takes all the stress and confusion out of the plethora of options and makes it all manageable. He is brilliant at explaining complex paperwork and focusing on critical information so that you feel informed and confident.

I have been dealing with Ed and Leah now for the past few weeks and my application was submitted a few days back. Ed and Leah have been nothing short of incredible, I am not the easiest of customers and have found the process extremely worrying but they have been on hand to answer all questions and put my mind at rest.
