Considering that we had very little clue what we were getting into when we decided to purchase a home, Ed Davey Mortgage Services was more than we could have ever hoped for. Ed is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful and helpful. Although the process was an incredible team effort with various challenges along the way, from threats of recession to mortgages being stopped and trying to organise various personal paperwork, Ed always managed to find a solution. We now have a mortgage and are in the final stage of acquiring our new home - in what feels like record time compared to the nightmare others seem to have. Ed and team, you have been amazing, thank you!

Ed and his team have been absolutely amazing in helping us to get a mortgage! As first-time buyers and not having lived in the UK for very long, it was a tricky ask of him. From our first phone call, we knew we had the right person. His knowledge and thoroughness are first-class. All options and processes were looked at and explained in a very patient and friendly way. Needless to say, we got our mortgage approved last week at an amazing rate because of Ed and Emily. I don't believe anyone else could have done a better job!
