As a first time buyer Ed and Team made the Mortgage experience an easy smooth process, from initial contact we had a meeting set up on days, then a mortgage in principle the day after the first meeting and then under a week submitted a mortgage application. At each stage Ed explained the process, what the next steps where and expectations all of which were met. Any questions were answered quickly and explained in depth with understanding.

After the mortgage was agreed and Ed’s job done he continued to check on progress and when completion came confirmed completed, showing the personal and friendly approach.

Using Ed and his team for the mortgage on my new home purchase was the best decision I made! During what is a pretty difficult process (buying a house during lockdown) he took away all of the stress, worry and workload entirely, thereby enabling me to fully concentrate my efforts on getting the legal side sorted.

Ed is always available, always contactable, always has the answer there and then, is technically superb and goes above and beyond on every occasion to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Also is a very nice chap too, which always helps!
