Leah, Chloe and Ed were great - as a first time buyer they dealt with my questions about the process, were supportive and responsive, and found me the best deal very quickly. They collated all my documentation upfront so the process with the bank was quick & pain free and I have a mortgage offer within 3 weeks despite the super busy Covid situation! Would recommend working with them.

When we had our offer accepted on our new home over 8 months ago we did not anticipate such a bumpy road ahead. The chain fell apart multiple times. Our original buyer pulled out twice. We even briefly found a new property where we had an offer accepted and then a week later were gazumped by a new buyer. We were beginning to wonder if our next move wasn't meant to be....

However, there was one positive constant throughout this whole journey and that was Ed Davey. The level of service Ed offers is incredible. Nothing is too much trouble for Ed. He always kept in touch offering words of wisdom where needed. He even chased our solicitors on the day of exchange to ensure everything went through ok. The level of care and attention to detail offered in a friendly and positive can do manner is second to none.

Ed went on this journey with us and I am genuinely not sure if we would of got over the line without him. He kept us sane in a stressful period and I cannot thank him enough. We will only use Ed for our mortgage services going forward and so should you. You won't regret it!

As a first-time buyer, whom had already had one transaction fall through, I was in real need of advice. Leah took me through the journey from start to finish, offering advice always and answering any question no matter what. She was so efficient in always responding to me, even if she didn’t have an update right away, she would specify when she would likely be able to get back to me and even then she would respond way before! Leah is an asset to the team and I would definitely recommend their services to any of my friends and family members.

I cannot thank Ed and Chloe enough for their time and effort spent with my partner and I. We are both first time buyers and this was all very new to us. We didn't have much of a clue as to what we needed to get done, however, both Ed and Chloe were both very understanding and guided us through the whole process which made the whole experience feel so much smoother and less stressful! They have both been at hand to answer any and all questions whenever needed, and if they did not have the answer, then they went that step further to find out from the lender themselves.

Apart from mortgage advice, we found Ed was very helpful at providing knowledge from his own experience, as well as that of previous clients in terms of what to expect when house buying and willing to even step in and help us when he thought the developers were being unreasonable in their requests.

I have been through the mortgage application process a few times but I can honestly say this was the smoothest it has ever been. Ed took the time to go through every aspect of my unique situation and was very responsive to any questions I had and his follow-up, chasing and keeping me in the loop was amazing. His attention to detail was amazing and his prescreening is 2nd to none - all in an effort to preempt any questions that might arise so it can be addressed ahead of time. Outstanding service, I'm very happy. Ed has been incredibly helpful not only dealing with the lender but also providing advice on everything I need to buy my first flat: surveyor, solicitor, etc. Also, he always responds immediately no matter the day or time.
