This scam of a company is absolutely terrible. I have been fighting with them for weeks. I never received two of my orders and they keep telling me I did. They are refusing to give me back my money or resend the orders that I never got - I probably wouldn’t get those either. They lie and do not take responsibility- they are really bad people and scam everyone else. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am beyond livid. It’s disgusting

2 Orders - same day. Neither arrive on time and had this lame our warehouse burned down and we are doing best we can. Refused to refund me. One finally arrived months later and the other three months now has not arrived and they REFUSE to refund, saying it’s being sent. Quality is crap as well and don’t bother

Bought a wallet from them, it was broken when I received it, they emailed me and said I would get another one, didn't happen, re sent my complaint, same response, so they've got my money and I have no wallet, shambles of a company, do not buy from them.

Cancelled my order within 24 hours of purchase and had confirmation of cancellation, after 3 months of emailing them they’re now ignoring me and still refund given

I ordered the wallet it broke in less than one week! I messaged the company they keep saying somebody’s gonna get back to me and well it’s been a couple months now so I accept that I’m not getting my $15 back, anyway, very cheap quality broke instantly I do not recommend

The first one I ordered was good. Several months later they had a special offer and reduced the price so I ordered 2 more as Christmas presents. When they finally arrived they were rubbish. They were nothing like my first purchase. The Leather was fake as though it was made in China or somewhere, poor quality, not worth the price. I would not pay more than £3 for one. When I asked to return them for a refund, they basically said NO, plus poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I should’ve checked here first before placing my order. I don’t normally do reviews but I’m so upset that I feel others need to know so that they don’t have to go through what I had to. I cannot believe this company even exist. My order was never delivered. I checked the tracking after waiting for almost a month and it showed that it was delivered, but to a completely different address. Contacted customer service and they responded saying they would escalate and review the issue and never heard back since. I give them negative stars. Worst ordering experience EVER!

Shipment came two months late. Return policy prevents returns for cheap materials and has a 20% restocking fee. No invoice or receipt was ever included in my order nor shipment. Total scam. Wallet is cheap and does not work as advertised.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! This company is not legit. It took over a month for my wallet to finally arrive after I was given a fake shipping number. I tried to cancel the order which they wouldn't do. The stuff I ordered finally showed up but was defective as the stitching was all jacked up. They try to make you pay a restocking fee and for the costs to ship back to China if you return it (even though it's their fault it's defective). They finally let me keep the stuff and said they'd issue a refund... guess what?! It's been a month and still no refund. They won't send a proper refund receipt either so the bank can't go after them. Whatever you do... do not order from here!!

"I am incredibly disappointed with the product as it did not work as advertised. The AirTag keeps falling out of the wallet, making it unusable, and the wallet does not close properly. Additionally, I cannot use all the slots as promised.

I expressed my frustration via email, and they requested videos showing my concerns. I sent the videos, but despite their assurance to get back to me, I haven't heard anything since.

I demand a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

It also took over a month to get this product.

Scam organisation, all the other 1 star reviews are correct. They have taken money, with no sign of items, seems they have daily fires in warehouses, deaths and excuses of disasters, fake dispatch and delivery notes, that say en route. This is 3 months after taking my money. Please beware.

I can’t give zero stars or I would.
Complete garbage. Tried to cancel order however company said order already processed and unable to cancel. Wanted for Christmas but didn’t come until January 11th. This is typical Chinese bull and product is crap. Save your time and money. When you want to return no information is given and company hides.
Avoid at all cost.

refuses to cancel orders, makes up stories about thier warehouse being on fire, tells you people died in the fire , low intelligence, no honour , generates fake tracking numbers that do not work, scum. has been removed from both paypal and shopify for being said scum.

I’d love to be able to place a positive review for my new edge wallet but I can’t because I’m still waiting for it to be delivered several weeks after having paid for it.
It looks great in the advert for it and going by the description the ad carries I’ll be static when I eventually get it (if I don’t cancel my order first and request a refund that is).
All I can say at present is that if you need a new wallet within a reasonable period of time then this isn’t the company for you and I’d advise you to take your custom elsewhere.
They won’t hesitate to take your money but they’ll be in no rush to get you your product.
I don’t think I’ll ever use them again.

I rarely take time to write a review but I don't want anyone else to buy this product and realize afterwards that there are much better options available to them. The wallets are of low quality, complimented with terrible customer service. Their policy is that "they can not accept returns that are in good condition and simply not to your liking". There are too many other good companies willing to allow you to return the product if you are not satisfied. Please read the other reviews and you will see similar experiences.

Scam. They take your money but don't send out items. Been waiting 2 months for Christmas presents to arrive. Numerous emails later still no package and now no reply.

PLASE DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOU MONEY , this is a scan in anyway possible, still waiting for the damn wallet, i will hope to have a option to report this page and do something about it

Waited almost a month for my order lied to me for 2 days straight saying it was delivered never got delivered, customer service is a -10/10 its fckn horrible ! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER! Also they wont give u your money back and eventually will stop responding to you

BUYER BEWARE!
Company will take forever to ship if they do at all. In my case I after repeatedly complaining via email I got tracking info emailed to me that conveniently showed the item had already been delivered! Of course I had never received it but again, conveniently, that doesn’t matter as Edge doesn’t refund as long as “tracking” shows it was delivered. So I’m out a month and $30. Oh, and it ships from outside of the country.
