We were locked out the flat. The lads arrived within 30 mins and got the door open in no time. Very helpful.

I was on my way out on a Saturday night when I got locked out. I called Dennis and I got a text and a phone call to keep me updated on how far away he was. He arrived within 30 minutes and it only took him a few minutes to get me back into my flat. He would not leave until he'd worked out what the problem was with my door/lock so that it couldn't happen again. Very friendly and efficient service. Would highly reccommend these guys in a crisis!!

Great service on a Saturday afternoon. Around 35minute response time after I lost my keys and couldn't get in.
Would definitely recommend.

If it wasn't for you, we would be homeless tonight (the broom technique didn't work). Any normal locksmith would have replaced our lock with prompt and professional service but Dennis managed all of the above while having time to joke with us. Five stars, would get locked out again.

Dennis came over within 30 mins and did a fantastic job of retrieving my keys from the inside of the door (my friend had pushed them into the letter box).
He didn't even need to change the locks in the end and saved me almost £100!!. I would recommend him to everyone. He was polite, professional, friendly and most importantly good at his job.

I ordered in the morning for 4:00in the afternoon to change door's lock as we are moving in to a new flat,they called about 30mins before to confirm and arrive exactly at 4:00.very punctual.and the locksmith was very nice and changed the lock very quick.overall it was a very good service.
