Fast, efficient work, expertly completed on time and to a very high standard. Every detail was carefully discussed, checked and double checked before being finally installed. They left the place clean and tidy as well; taking all the rubbish and debris with them. These guys work damned hard and are friendly too.

I can’t praise them highly enough. Jim and his team came recommended to us and I can say at the time in our lives when things were changing fast there was nothing that was to much trouble. They advised what they thought would work for our situation and additional work that would make life easier for my husband. Listened to all our worries and came up with solutions.
The work only took just over a week with a great result.
Nothing was a problem for any of the team and the after care was great. Jim told us that if he could help in any way even though the job was complete to just give him a call, you don’t get that after care very often.

We used Edinburgh Mobility bathrooms to create a safe and accessible bathroom for my very elderly parents. We were very pleased with the results. Jim was a brilliant communicator, was trustworthy and responsive when questions came up or decisions needed to be made. He gave good advice and knew what would work under the circumstances. Our project hit a few bumps when structural problems were found. The team solved these quickly and ploughed on. This firm give good customer service, keep you informed of progress and know how to work well with the elderly. Highly recommended

This was an after sales service, when we wanted to get an additional bit of work done on the wet room that Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms had previously installed. As with our first experience with them, we found Jim and his team to be friendly, courteous and very neat and tidy.

Have now had our ‘new’ bathroom with wet room for 10 months. It is extremely easy to keep clean and the floor dries almost instantly. Just a quick wipe with floor-cloth or mop, or a spray of Dettol.
If you are faced with suddenly having to get rid of your bath/shower, this firm is highly recommended. We were under a lot of stress and needed our bath replaced urgently. Jim and his team pulled out all stops to achieve this.
It may seem very costly to install, however the benefit is well worth it. Would like to let others know its value and ease of use - a real time saver.

1st class job, the workmen were polite and professional. They did an amazing job in my bathroom fitting my shower doors, plus fitting my toilet support arms. They even put up 2 shower baskets and a few decorative tiles. My only dislike was that both my toilet supports had toilet roll holders on them, when I only asked for one, but was told this is how they come now. Excellent job would highly recommend for your disability needs in your bathroom.

Recently we decided to refurbish our bathroom, which was in need of modernisation but, more importantly, it didn’t meet my needs as a disabled person using a wheelchair. After doing a bit of research we chose Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms to do the work, mainly based on the glowing testimonials on their website from satisfied customers. Project Manager Jim quickly understood our requirements and designed a new layout which met our specific needs and would also transform the space in to a modern bathroom that we could be proud of.
Jim, Barry, and the other members of the team were all very professional throughout the project, and the quality of their work was excellent. Jim updated us regularly on the progress of the work and he was happy to discuss any issues we had, and accommodate any changes where necessary. He took great care to ensure we were happy with all the changes he was making throughout the project. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe, and the team did an excellent job of tidying up afterwards.
The new bathroom has completely transformed my bathing experience, particularly the new layout of the shower space. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom, and we would be very happy to recommend Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms to anyone with mobility issues who is thinking of refurbishing their bathroom.

So very impressed with this company and their work. Jim was so communicative and helpful throughout the process which was not straightforward due to an extremely challenging insurance process. My parents had to have a revision of their wet room due to water damage and as they both have dementia it was even more of a challenge. Jim worked with us and was most understanding when we had to change dates at short notice due to care home and family dates. Would absolutely 100% recommend this company.

Great service from Jim and co. Workmen clean and tidy, and all work completed on time. My grandfather is very pleased and is now able to shower safely with ease. The most important thing in my opinion, was that Jim and his colleagues seemed to genuinely care about what they were doing and that makes all the difference.

My parents had a wetroom fitted and the whole process went brilliantly from start to finish, despite some tricky logistical issues. The wetroom and smart toilet have transformed my parents lives and the customer service provided by Jim and Steven (the geribet care manager) was exemplary. Many thanks to all the team!

Our bathroom changed and adapted for my hip op. The manager and staff were brilliant and it’s lovely. They clean after work every day, restore the loo every night, and the floor, plus walls, plus shower, plus water system plus everything was done within five days. Wonderful.

This company as far as I know is a good company.
