A very professional, caring and hard working team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was really pleased with the communication from the very start and although I changed my plans for the wet room a few times I cannot fault Jim’s patience . He checked in every day to see how the work was proceeding and although there was an issue with shower initially he was excellent in resolving the situation and all is working well now . The workers are the most considerate tradesmen I have ever encountered taking care to work round the carers coming into the house numerous times a day. They were very kind and thoughtful. A thoroughly great bunch . The end product is perfect , very stylish and not the least bit clinical. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company .

Edinburgh Mobility bathrooms replaced my mother shower and toilet. Jim was very helpful and attentive all throughout the process. The team were helpful punctual and pleasant.
The shower is now my mums pride and joy and I recommend them highly.

Got bathroom done for dad after he found it difficult to use existing bathroom. Absolutely loves it and can now shower without being scared. Great fir Carers. Price was reasonable.Guys were nice and tidied up afterwards.

Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms have created a beautiful bathroom for my elderly parents.
Attention to detail is key for this company. Jim and all the trades guys showed great expertise and were all really friendly and mindful they were working in an elderly persons home. If you’re considering getting a bathroom that makes life easier for you I’d recommend this company, my only regret is we didn’t get Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms in sooner!

From first phone call where Jim visited within the hour, was extremely helpful and thorough with Mum to explain what could be done, time lines and a great range of products and colours. We were really lucky to be able to slot into a cancellation, so work started 10 days later! Guys were waiting at the door daily for 8am start, unbelievably tidy, removed all mess and items, washing outside pathway after they finished daily. So polite, tapping on door to ask for water!! Very professional from start to finish and all done in the time promised. This is a game changer for my Mum who is recovering from a stroke. Jim visited three times a day (at least) to ensure the work was being done as planned. I cannot fault the whole team and especially Jim, who continues to check all is well. If we could afford one we would have one ourselves!!! Thank you to the whole team for creating a beautiful wet room!

Jim at Edinburgh Mobility Scotland provided great timescales and support throughout the job. Quality of work was excellent, as was the daily communication with updates which was reassuring. No hesitation in recommending this company who provided a very personal experience.

Keep to exact budget as quoted and Jim the project manager kept us updated every day and every stage stages of the Job and all the Edinburgh Mobility bathrooms were great and very respectful cleaned up every day the workmanship was excellent we would highly recommend this company.

We could not recommend Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms more highly. We got three quotes to convert mum's bathroom into a wet room. Not only was EMB's the cheapest but also the most comprehensive. Jim, the project manager, offered lots of advice and ideas on the initial visit but mum was under no pressure whatsoever to sign up, unlike with the other two salesmen. Once the work started it was clear that Jim has a great team of joiners, plumber, electrician etc as they worked efficiently and to an extremely high standard. They kept the disruption to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. The team really did go the extra mile and when, unfortunately, a historic leak was discovered, Jim managed the insurance claim for us too. Jim came by at least once each day to oversee the work which was completed on time and to budget. Mum's wet room is like something from a bathroom showroom, every tiny detail is perfect. Jim went out of his way to offer ideas which make mum's bathroom look more smart than "mobility".If you are swithering about a bathroom upgrade, give Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms a call.

Great job done by Jim, Barry and the rest of the team, they transformed my pokey wee bathroom into a spacious wetroom,workmanship was excellent and they were very particular about tidying up a the end of the day,we were kept up to date with all work carried out on a daily basis,would highly recommend this company

We are delighted with the installation and design of our wet floor shower room. Work was carried out to a high standard by all tradesmen involved in the project. My husband and I needed to install a shower wet room for ease of mobility and quickly. We telephoned a few companies and received estimates. Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms was the most helpful, giving lots of advice and ideas to suit our needs. Jim, who managed the project came with different suggestions and samples to ensure the shower room was going to be a long term investment for us. Now we have the wet room we are so happy with it. The personal attention to detail and the finish is excellent. It would be fair to say Jim had to deal with some minor hiccups on the way due to COVID but nothing was too much trouble and Jim always dealt with the matter. He was in regular contact visiting throughout the fitting and I can still text him if I am not sure how something works. Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms have a very personal involvement and approach to your needs.

Jim was very professional and thorough from start to finish. Complete new bathroom, wall removed, old doorway covered up done in 2 weeks. Can't fault them. Would recommend to anyone.

Recently had bathroom conversion to shower room with walk-in shower for mobility reasons. Very pleased with the result and Jim, the Advisor was extremely helpful in all the stages of the job. Overcame any obstacles that arose and even went the extra mile and drove through to Glasgow and picked up the Bathroom cabinet that I had picked. Cleaned up after themselves and had no problems concerning Covid distancing etc.
