I need to cancel my Premium membership due to early retirement. There is no telephone number to contact the company to get this done. For some reason, I am unable to sign in to my account on my home computer (my school issued laptop has been returned). I am very frustrated and don't want to continue paying a monthly fee.
UPDATE 27 July: They DID respond quickly to my email and have given me a one-month refund. I will update this post once that comes through.
UPDATE 2 August: Refund credited.

Never contacted me above moving me over to a full priced yearly plan. No contact or warning before they took the money from me. Been trying for 6 weeks to get a response as I have never even used the service (very subpar activites and not geared toward higher year levels). I want my money back!!!!!

I am a retired teacher. Back in November 2021 I took a long term sub job. It was for 3rd grade which I had no experience with. I joined Education.com to help supplement what the teacher had left me.The job was over in March 2022. I actually forgot about the $15.95 recurring subscription from them. Last summer I noticed it on my bank statement. I wrote them to let them know that I no longer needed any materials as my job was over. First, I find it VERY shady that there is no phone number. Now I know why. For MONTHS I have been writing emails to them reminding them that I had cancelled my subscription months ago and was still being charged...not a single reply. Some of my emails were not nice, and each time I thought that they would surely reply...nope. So, I have no other choice than to cancel my card so I won't be charged. I figure that at this point they owe me several hundred dollars. It irks me that I have to cancel my card because they refuse to respond to my emails, but my bank says it's the only way. I think you can see a pattern of ignoring customers and refusing to take ownership in their unethical behavior. And to do this to teachers is unconscionable!!!

I join to try for free never agree to anything a few years ago. A few years later I found out that they have been charging my premium yearly I did not even realised. When I login the account it said that my membership is still basic but have charged me premium. Contact customer services with no reply. OMG. Beware I am now a few hundred pounds down and I did not even use this site.

I have also been charged the annual auto renew despite canceling my subscription. I sent an email through customer service and never heard a reply. I had to open a dispute on my credit card and I’m still waiting on the outcome. Pass on this website. There are so many out there and they are clearly just wanting your money. I was charged $119 to renew even though I canceled before the date.

I couldn’t access ant of the materials even though I logged in successfully and had a premium membership. I cancelled my subscription but they continue to charge me. There was also no rhyme or reason to when they would charge. There is no contact info or customer service number to call.

I tried Education.com Premium for one month and my son enjoyed the Pre-K games. I canceled my subscription and I continued to be charged for premium but I cannot even access my premium account. No customer service.
Update: Education.com has reached out and offered to refund my money. Waiting on resolution.

My recent experience has been poor! I canceled my membership but they still charged me. This charge caused my account to be overdrawn. There is no customer service number to call because the one they have on file is no longer in service. They are not responding to my emails. Do not sign up for this!!

This site is super finicky. I signed up for the free to see if it would be worth it to pay, and the free has way too many bugs to make a membership worth it. I will create a worksheet, and it will show me an example, but when I print it, the words are outside the guidelines and running off the page. Getting to the printing step is a feat in and of itself. Often I will click download and it tells me I have exceeded my allowable 2 free monthly downloads, despite that not being the case, and then I have to wait another month to try again. Would not recommend this site.

So far I've had a positive experience with education.com. I recently started homeschooling my 4th grader and this site has helped me with the premium feature of printing off multiple work pages for math, science and social studies!
I joined a year ago for tutoring purposes. Didn't find much in the way of useful material. THEN...1 year later I get automatically charged DOUBLE the price. I did not sign up for or enable the auto bill option but this company did it anyway. Then...policy...we won't charge you next year! UGH what a way to do business. I would not waste your money here!

It asked me to sign up so I can download for free. When I decided to cancel, and I thought I have cancelled it successfully but its still charging me every month even in the summer! Its been charging me for two years and I have only download 1 item.
Great educational resources for my boys (ages 3, 6, & 9)! Education.com has made it possible to homeschool my three boys. I have used their resources for a year now, and I will continue to use them! I am able to create an account for all three of them at no additional charge. My boys love logging into their account and learning to type and play games. I love the fact that whatever I am teaching them, they have guided lessons, worksheets, games, etc. to support it. Thank you education.com for all the hard work you put into this and making it possible to homeschool my boys.

There materials are very professional. However (I don't know if it's an operations error or deliberate) but with items like word searches you can have one free download a month. Every single time you try to download a free item it crashes. So you have to reload the page, and then it says 'you've used up your free allocation.'
I find it very suspicious that it's every single time, and it made me decide not to sign-up for a paid account.

I have been attempting to upgrade to premium, but apparently the link is broken. I have emailed support multiple times and have received no reply. Terrible customer service. Not sure I want to give you my money.
Changing my review because customer service reached out, but only after I wrote the 1-star review.

I came across education.com when I was looking for printable for my nephew.. it said to download the "free" workbook you need to become a member (which I didn't really want to) so I joined to download it, once i was a member I still couldn't download it because you needed to be a premium member (a paid membership) so im pretty disappointed in how they mislead potential customers just to get more members, and it's false advertising in my opinion.

Is it me or do they ONLY allow people with me membership to have THE WORKING GAMES. the ones that are free do’t work or are confusing, please just make it free. I think it said FREE

Tried to cancel my subscription last year. Recollect feeling successful that I had. This year my credit card is charged again and again tried to contact them though email without no luck. I contacted my credit card to charge them back and they are challenging my charge back. Do not sign up for their subscription service
