Professional family-run Estate Agency providing first-class expert service to clients from a team of extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are only too willing to help in every way they can. Edwards & Co Property really are the best if you are looking for a company who will assist you from start to finish with your property dealings thereby taking the pressure off you. I found all the staff very helpful, efficient and personable.
Having travelled 300 miles to find a suitable place to rent, I was pleasantly
surprised to find how simple it was to find the best possible place very quickly through Edwards and Co.
All the staff made the initial viewings very easy and informative so that I could make a decision very quickly.
I have never regretted using Edwards and Co and hope to be able to use their services again when it is time to buy my own house in the area.

Professional, efficient and friendly service
Last year we decided to rent out our 'Ganny Flat' which is connected to our main home and has shared areas. We were complete novices to the rental property business and chose Edwards on the recommendation of a friend who had recently rented out one of their properties with them.
They completed understood the type of tennant that would suit us and found one accordingly. They helped us through the process in a manner I certainly did not expect , it was personal and with integrity also putting our needs before their financial gain. The on going service has been equally impressive.
I would honestly recommend this Company from our experience

We have two properties in which we trust Edwards and Co to manage, including taking their recommendations as to which prospective tenants they think would be best suited to each property.
The rent is collected and deposited into the bank and an e-mail sent immediately to inform us.
