I found the whole process very…

I found the whole process very challenging and at times upsetting.
I had to keep calling several times because things were incorrect or unclear.

Full broadband installed then you turn it off???

45 mins on the 'phone eventually I was put through to Open reach which appears to be a call avoidance organisation. No help at all..... Finally BT were able to sort out EE's mess,,,,,, and your basically the same company, just unbelievable.

EE seriously needs to address the…

EE seriously needs to address the integration issues between their backend and frontend systems. For over a year, my account has incorrectly shown a “Backup Connectivity Service” that I don’t even have, and despite repeated attempts, the issue still hasn’t been fixed. What’s even more concerning is that their agents don’t seem to know how to resolve it either.

Questions!

Found all the questions quite confusing. Too much jargon for older customers. Would give more stars if installation/changeover goes well. Can't comment on service as not yet installed

Excellent service from Teresa at EE

I spoke with Teresa to upgrade our broadband and include our mobiles in the one account. She was friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable.
I came off the call feeling like a valued customer.

Recently installed EE broadband service…

Recently installed EE broadband service cuts out and weak signal does not allow all my devices to be connected. EE broadband signal to my property is inadequate and not fit for purpose. EE will only provide me with an adequate broadband service if I pay extra. Dreadful service.
