This promises to extend your network around even the largest house, but be warned: what it does is create a new network as a subnet. So if, like me, you use your wireless devices to control your wired devices, you will have to do some research to work out how to set it up. Once sorted, it works well.

I ordered an eero product (the mesh system) and I've now been trying to return the product for about three weeks now. I emailed the company and got a quick response. The customer service representative asked me for a bunch of different information (across four different emails) and then never followed up. I then called and, after being on hold for half an hour, spoke to a representative for 45 minutes. He took down all my information and told me he would process the return and send me a confirmation email the same day (I never got an email from him). It has now been six days since our conversation. I then called again. This time I got the run around from another representative who said that my return is being processed but had no idea what the timeline would be or whether or not it would be approved (I haven't even opened the box).

I can't speak to the quality of the product but I can say for sure that if you ever need customer support you should definitely not buy a product from eero.

WARNING if you ever need a new power cord, good luck! I keep receiving the same copy and paste emails in response to such a simple request. I don't even want a free one, I just want to buy a new cable! But they don't sell them, and it has to be a specific cable or the device will not work! Seems like they just want to force you to buy an entirely new unit instead of a $15 cord.

I have been running eero at my house for a few months now - it's great!

I now have perfect wifi coverage in every room of my house. I couldn't imagine giving back my eero system!

I bought a three pack at first and then added one more to ensure perfect coverage in my garage as well. It's so nice to be able to add on to the system!

Looks amazing out of the box, once unpacked took under 5 minutes to set up. Haven't had to touch it since. These things are amazing.

I'm not technical. At all. But I understand there's a problem when streaming video stalls, or when I can connect in one part of my house but not in another.

Eero solved this for me - I get the maximum bandwidth I signed up for, everywhere in my house.

Eero has finally listened to what consumers wanted; a fast, easy to maintain home networking solution. What can Eero to make it better? Free with no strings attached? Sure but that's unrealistic. What is realistic is for any amount of money, nothing is better on the market and is a changing the market for WiFi. Thank you Eero!!!

I currently have the eero Home Network system throughout my home. It is by far the best and strongest network I've ever had. My network printer finally connects and is ready to use anywhere in the house. That's a great improvement from "hit or miss" printing before. The WiFi signal and download speed is incredibly fast.

This is the first solution that has allowed me to have fantastic wifi throughout my home. Super easy to use, almost magical. Thank you eero!

Eero is the BEST wireless on the market. We had dead zones in our home, and after installing (which was so dang easy) eero, we now have seamless mesh wireless in our entire home. Thank you, eero for "saving" us from a"dead" home to an alive, vibrant wireless home! Plus, you look so beautiful!
