Don't waste your time and money by buying products from this company, very disappointment, Order wasn't completely delivered for 3 months and going...
Quality and service is very poor....

I ordered a rug for an egg chair. It was nothing like it was described. It is poor quality. I sent it back to returns and nobody collected it. The website looks great. The service is not. The quality is not.How they get away with this is unfair.

DO NOT BUY. Chairs are not fit for purpose! Rusty frame started less than 6 months use. The company has refused to give us a refund. Claiming that the ‘outdoor’ chairs are not suitable to be continuously exposed to ‘harsh’ outdoor conditions. This claim does not align with Australian consumer law.

After 3 weeks of no contact from them I made contact and at 8:25pm that night it was ready for delivery, take that as you will. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but realistically it’s worth ~$150, not the $468 paid. Really bad welds, lots of spatter, poor settings used. These aren’t competent welders. The support poles also haven’t been welded straight, which is more and eyesore than anything. Surface rust from brand new, I had to drill out one of the bolt holes that locks in the upright pole because it hadn’t been done. If my partner didn’t like it I’d be sending it right back. Find an alternative, this isn’t a premium product.

Order double egg chair 6th December 2025 and still not arrived. Emailed six times with no response and phoned twice and contact number does not work. Terrible terrible service, I would never recommend this company.

I wish i had read the reviews before i purchased a frame for an Egg Chair, i have had for 4 weeks, undercover and rust is already all over it with no response from Egg Chair Australia.

Egg Chairs Australia’s delivery times are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been waiting well over a month for my egg chair, and there’s still no confirmed delivery date. Communication is mediocre at best—they respond, but never answer the actual questions, just give excuses. Be very careful before ordering from them!

Item never arrived!! Poor communication by seller!!

We have ordered in the 4th December, 2025 and nothing has come. We followed up with an email, to which they replied next week We will send out and with a tracking number.

We have now as of today received the egg chair as of 5th February, 2026. It is of good quality and we are happy we got it.

It did take ages from time of purchase to getting the delivery, however now happy with it.

Wish I’d read the reviews…ordered 21 November - still waiting - zero communication - save yourself the hassle…

Ordered 7th November delivery on the 27th December. Pole already rusty straight out of packet, no bolts springs or accessories delivered with chair so can’t put it together anyway. Have contacted the company will update this review once I get a response.

The most horrible product I got. I ordered an egg pod cushion. I would rate the quality as less than 1. The cushion had loose fillers inside. It was as if some kid got a cushion cover and filled some fillers. The zip was made of cheap plastic that would last one month. The cushion cover is far from soft. The worst product ever. Zero recommendation for this company. I feel like wasting so much money on this crap.

I am telling you this chair has created more friendly domestic disputes in my home than the TV remote! Everyone, from my teenage daughter to my husband, wants to sit in it. Considering how much I use it, which is a lot, it's surprisingly durable. It's held up to spills and pet hair and general chaos. Best furniture investment we have made in a very long time!

I’m so disappointed by this purchase. For $360 with shipping. The cushion came in the wrong colour, is crapy quality, the welds on the chair aren’t even sealed properly. Horribly poor construction. My order took 5 weeks. The order said 3-4 and when I hadn’t heard anything by 3.5 weeks I emailed and got a passive aggressive response.

Absolutely shocking. Did not get what we ordered and the quality is atrocius. They markety these as premium furniture but they are not, they are cheap chinese manufatured trash. DO NOT BUY

They took a very long time to arrive. I unboxed them today after receiving them late June.

Both of the head pieces tore from their strings within seconds and the zip completely fell off one of the head cushions without even being touched. All of the stitching on both the head cushions and chair cushions are becoming undone immediately out of the box and the ties are falling apart.

They may already be aware or they may not but they are absolutely horrendous quality. I feel as though I could have found better quality from Temu. If they are aware of the quality issues, I would be very disappointed that they continue to sell these products.

True to the pictures. Fits our outdoor space perfectly.

Chair looks nice but assembly was a nightmare. Instructions weren't clear and some holes didn't line up properly.

It's decent, but not as cozy as I expected and appears smaller in person than it did in the pictures.

Decent chair but had to chase delivery status multiple times. Arrived nearly 3 weeks late.
