The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. You can not call them nor get a reply on emails. False info on their site claiming you’ll have your order within 7 days. LIE. I ordered 13th December and never got it. When they booked delivery A WHOLE MONTH LATER, on a day I told them not to book it for they then went and cancelled my order without my request. Do not order from this company. TERRIBLE.
Zero Care factor after sales
I purchased the most expensive model from this company and was required to wait nearly four weeks for delivery, as they only ship via their own courier due to the item's size. When the unit finally arrived, it was damaged. I contacted the company immediately after unboxing the item, only to find they do not have a phone line for customer service, so I sent a message instead. Unfortunately, I received no response.
I escalated the issue through PayPal, and the company is now insisting that I return the bulky item at my own expense to receive a refund. The entire experience has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
I purchased online
I purchased online, thinking an Australian company. The delivery driver arrived in a beat up old van(the guy was lovely) as he was setting up he said this company has the chairs hand made in India and shipped to Australia. I was gobsmacked. On set up the base was scratched, the top hanger, paint peeling off. I was refunded $25 for the damage and told these things happen due to bouncing around, ok, so after a few weeks of using the chair, the plastic started to unravel. I was informed the company DO NOT see the fault as theirs. Taking no responsibility whatsoever. I was told they wouldn’t replace or collect. I had to take the chair 43km to be looked at and maybe go through warranty, I have no car, which I explained. I’m taking this further currently and wished I had never purchased from them. The most stressful purchase online I have EVER made. It pays to research reviews which I obviously didn’t do.
I can relate to other reviews here, communication is very slack. They seem to be making quick dollars on very poor quality egg chairs.
Unreliable
I ordered a chair on 13/12. Was told delivery in 1-5 days. Received an email saying order was being processed & a tracking number will be issued. A few days later I got concerned it wasn’t going to come for Christmas, so I contacted them to find out that deliveries were offline until 12/1 so my daughter did not get her Christmas present!!
They did say I could come & collect it myself on Christmas Day if I wanted to but this was just too difficult.
Can’t comment on the quality of the product as I haven’t received it yet, however if their service reflects their products then I won’t be expecting much!! So, so disappointing!! How hard is it to just be honest with people first? If deliveries are delayed due to the Christmas rush, tell people, don’t just grab their money then let them down!

My wife and I went through a similar experience to a few people here. She ordered the chairs a little over 4 weeks ago and we heard absolutely nothing from them until I emailed them late last week. I did get a response at 12:58am and the lady said that she had checked with the warehouse and our delivery was booked for the 18th December. I then decided to look on here and that's when I found the reviews saying that it's a scam so I was assuming that we'd never see the chairs.
My wife wrote a note on one of their facebook post and the comment was instantly blocked. I then tried the same thing and got the same result. I emailed them again about all this and never got a response. I asked a friend to check them on facebook and it looks like they pulled their page down completely. I was now quite convinced that we would never see the chairs. On the morning of the expecded delivery, I emailed again but still got no response. My wife was frantically trying to find reasonably priced chairs around Adelaide as these were for the kids for Xmas and Santa wasn't about to let them down. She found a few and i was going to pick them up after work and lodge a paypal dispute for the Egg Chairs Australia order.
Then...........I got an email saying that the chairs were out for delivery...... I checked the tracking and there was the driver moving closer to our house.
When he arrived in his beat up old van, it was full of egg chairs. my best guess is that they take as many orders as they can and then send this one guy around the country delivering them. End of the story is that we did get them in time for Xmas. Poor communication. The quality of the chairs isn't great but the kids won't care.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! this website is a scam they won’t send your items they don’t communicate at all other than your order confirmation if you are lucky! The mobile number listed with their after pay has 11 digits and is completely FAKE do not waste your time.
Communication could be better
Our chair has arrived and is just as described and in great condition. Ordered the chair and paid in full on the 15th of November. Was told delivery would be first week of December in an email. I did send an email towards the end of November to see how things were going as I had heard nothing. No reply to email. Sent a further email two days later requesting confirmation. Still no reply. Got concerned that I may have been scammed and after seeing bad reviews got really concerned. Sent another email requesting a refund or delivery confirmation and the next day received an email with the app link for delivery and the date as the 6th of December. To my surprise the chair did arrive and tracking was accurate. My wife loves the chair and I am happy that it arrived as promised. Would of gave five stars if the communication was better but the chair it self is perfect.

USELESS POOR POOR SERVICE
I ordered a specific coloured frame because we wanted the chair quickly. It took nearly 6 weeks for delivery, which is totally overpriced if everyone is paying it and they have 1 driver delivering the entirety of the eastern coast. When it finally arrived the frame was marked like its been used previously and we got delivered the wrong coloured cushion in the end.
When emailed, there has been little communication and nothing resolved.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It looks legit but terrible terrible service.

They said that delivery could take 4-6 weeks, it's now 3 months and still nothing. Don't even bother to reply to your emails to follow up on whether you're even going to receive your order.

I ordered mid November, I queried delivery status at 4 weeks and was told my order was cancelled at my request (I had not requested it). When I asked why, I was told as it was now an extra 2 weeks for delivery it was unacceptable for me to wait. When I said that the wait time was ok, I was told the delivery costs were too expensive for them so my order was cancelled. It took them a month to decide this. I live in WA. Not happy with the business
Terrible Communications and no delivery of my product still
It is now 25 days from when I ordered the chair. I live in Metro Sydney and still no chair!!
The delivery was meant to happen and was cancelled last minute. Again today I got an SMS from driver saying delivery between 11-2 pm. I responded and took time off work to be there as it can't be left on site.
No delivery happened and no responses from the driver after multiple calls and messages- NOTHING!!
I can't call egg chairs and I can't call support as they no longer take calls.
The email support is one email response every day or two so completely useless. I feel totally ripped off and wonder if this is a scheme to steal my money.
