Thank you John for your review. The business is definitely still in business and we are thriving! Our office was closed from Christmas Eve until the new year like every other estate agent but we still carried out viewings. Our phone lines rang directly to Elizabeth and if you visited our office you would clearly see on our door our opening hours over the festive period. We have a live chat on our website and also you can contact us via email. You however did none of the above, so it would be very hard for us to book a viewing if you did not make contact with us. You make reference to a 'Youth' slouching on an old sofa. Therefore we disregard your review as fake as you clearly are a competitor within the industry who has made personal remarks and not genuine feedback for any services we have provided. We therefore will refer to our genuine customer reviews as a reflection on our services. If you search on our website properly, you will see we have 27 properties coming soon to the market which is also an indication of how our services are in high demand. Thank you Keith for your review feedback is very important to me. Since opening at the end of May this year I have been overwhelmed with how busy and supportive the local community have been in my Bespoke services. I run the business on my own as I like to provide a one to one service. I currently work 7 days a week and around the clock as I provide the bespoke cinematic videos, with the weather changing it works better to film in the daylight hours and although my office is open till 4pm you usually will find me in the office at night and like today on a Sunday.
I do take all reviews seriously and appreciate the comments and hopefully next year once the business is more established I can hire an office receptionist. But I do not claim to be your traditional estate agent as I feel with 28 years experience and the fact I am extremely busy customers prefer to have an agent that will work hard for them out of hours. If I am out of the office I will be working doing viewings, valuations or filming so I do apologise if you did not get to speak with me. All my calls divert straight to my mobile.
